Unidad en la esquina delantera del Golfo del piso 11 con hermosas vistas del Golfo de México hacia la isla Sanibel y Back Bay hacia Bonita Beach, Lover's Key y Naples. Te invitamos a escapar de la depresión del invierno relajándote en una de las playas más hermosas del sur de Florida.

Bienvenido a nuestra escapada a la isla. Nuestro condominio cuenta con una cocina y baño de diseño personalizado, encimeras de granito negro, una ducha de pie con puertas corredizas de vidrio, pisos de baldosas blancas y decoración tropical. Nuestras ventanas tintadas a prueba de huracanes con una puerta corredera abierta hacia la terraza. Este condominio de un dormitorio-estudio con una cama king-size y un sofá cama queen-size para 2-4. Un separador de ambientes está disponible para separar el dormitorio de la sala de estar para mayor privacidad. Traiga sus I Pad's, I Phones y laptop ya que el servicio WiFi está disponible en nuestra unidad (pero solo por placer, no por trabajo, ¡está de vacaciones!).

Ubicado en el extremo sur tranquilo de Fort Myers Beach, el condominio ofrece una piscina climatizada geotérmica, canchas de tenis de arcilla, 10 acres de hermosos jardines tropicales y 7 millas de playa de arena blanca. Un estuario de aves protegido con manglares se encuentra cerca de la playa.

A poca distancia hay un puerto deportivo donde puede organizar pesca en alta mar, bombardeos y cruceros con delfines; y una plaza comercial con restaurantes, farmacia, oficina de correos y una heladería. Un servicio de tranvía local proporciona transporte al cercano parque estatal Lover's Key y a toda la isla de Fort Myers Beach.

The condo was great. Ian did do a number on their beach and lawn, though. Pool is very nice. Peggy was very responsive and kind.

Beautiful Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, there is construction going on so the beach right outside the building is blocked off but it was easy to walk a little over and get beach access. Such a beautiful view enjoyed watching the sunset each evening and had so much fun shelling found so many beautiful shells! The condo itself is very homey and nice. It was perfect for just 2 people for sure! The people were very friendly as well. 5 stars for sure!

Just okay

Not "beach front" view from balcony. View is at the side of balcony. The advertisement says "beach front."The cleaners left sand on the floor and hair in the bathroom and not the hair on your head. This is not the owner's fault. She just needs to hire different cleaners. The condo all in all was comfortable sporting a recliner and reclining couches.

Nice condo

The condo is very nice. Area is still suffering from after effects of hurricane 2 years ago. Restaurants are only 5ish miles away but traffic on main blvd is terrible. Waited 1-1/2 hours in crawling traffic every day from 4 pm on.

We had a great time in Ft Myers Beach. The weather was good, the food was good, and the accommodations were excellent. The unit had all the necessary amenities. Great stay!

Fantastic place to stay

We are a mid-50s couple that enjoyed a relaxing week here in September. Very comfortable condo with all the necessities of home. Great view from the balcony. WiFi was invaluable for searching places to visit and eat. We enjoyed a couple of mornings at the beach - also rented bikes and a kayak during our stay. Will definitely return.

Amazing view from the 11th Floor

Peggy was super sweet, and she reached out to us about a housekeeping mix up prior to our arrival. We appreciate her great communication and making the situation right. We were a little unprepared for all of the construction on the property and the surrounding area but the beautiful sunsets were amazing.

OUTSTANDING !!!

Just what we needed from Michigan winter snow/cold. The condo is wonderful. Everything you will need is there from cooking utensils to beach chairs. From delightful morning coffee sunrises to evening sunset with a cocktail all from our balcony. Peggy was very helpful in answering all our questions and the book with restaurants and places to see was very helpful. Will be recommending it to our friends and looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful place to relax!

My husband and I spent 10 days at this wonderful condo on the beach and it was fantastic! It is just perfect for 2 people to getaway and relax. I sat on the balcony every morning and watched the sun come up and sat in the same place at night to watch the sunset. We saw dolphins nearly every day and have fun shelling. We will be back to relax at this great place for sure! Peggy was kind and great to work with! We took a kayak tour of estero bay and did a sunset cruise to Sanibel Island while we were there. Many restaurants and activities very close to the condo. GREAT place for a getaway!!

Views breathtaking as promised

Views from the porch were breathtaking. We’ve been coming to the area for 13 years and this year was no different. We enjoy the outdoors so the beach never disappoints. Plenty of work going on at the building which is understandable given the hurricane. Workers were respectful and we were notified that it’d be happening so was not a distraction. The room was clean and kinda cool. The owners were fantastic keeping in constant contact and super qwik to respond to any small questions. No problem w the room or the stay. We appreciate the opportunity and the time away.

Excellent accommodations with the perfect host!

Everything is as described for this rental! Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the Gulf; wireless easily accessible from the unit; all of the amenities included, and most of all a very thoughtful and easily contacted host! Forget a sewing kit? Don' fret, it's there; eyeglass need repair? Don't worry, there's a repair kit there! From the essentials to the forgotten items the hosts seem to have provided almost everything! Reviews of restaurants and things to do? You really don't have to search very far, there's a thoughtfully prepared and researched three-ring binder containing a ton of information! Planning another trip down And this will be the place to stay!

The good and bad explained in detail....

The good and bad about the rental. The unit was well stocked, and very clean. The mattress and sheets were awesome. The beach toys and chairs were awesome. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need to prepare food and then some more. The location cannot be called beachfront by my definition. Calling it beachfront borders on deception IMO. If you place your chairs on the very smallest end of the porch, you get a partially obstructed view of the ocean. At the time of year we went, the sunset was not possible to see from any part of the balcony. Grills were listed as an amenity, but were not available during our stay. Washer and dryer were listed as an amenity, but the listing does not specify that it is a coin operated laundry on the first floor. Most ads on VRBO specify if it is a shared laundry. There are three buildings on the property with roughly 50 condo’s per building. There is a pool, but you have to walk a bit to get to the pool that is between the OTHER 2 buildings. It seems likely that when these buildings were built in 1980, there was a second pool, but it is no longer. The one remaining pool is roughly 20’x40’, and in the off season when we were there, felt crowded as it serves a total of 150 units. We expected to have the use of the condo exclusively, but while we were gone one day, someone entered our unit and left a basket of laundry for the next week. NOT appreciated at all. The owner explained that the cleaning lady was leaving town the next week. So clearly, it was in the best interest of the cleaning crew, nut not in the best interest of happy guests. The A/C is old, and needs to be replaced. It struggles 24/7, and it was only 90F outside. Cleaning the clogged filters helped some, but still not adequate. It was necessary to keep the shades closed in order to remain remotely comfortable at all. The bathroom is equipped with three quartz halogen lights and it was a sauna in there. We just kept the bathroom door closed because the A/C was laboring so badly to keep the condo cool. The hallway near the elevator was cooler than our unit on many days. The lock is electronic, and uses a four digit code to enter. The code is not being switched between renters as best we could tell. It is also ridiculously easy to leave the condo without the door locking behind you. Not a secure feeling. Hope this review helps you make an educated decision as to the suitability of this unit for you.

Wonderful ocean geataway

Great views, right on the beach, and in a great area. The locals were nice. Perfect place for a getaway. The owner was great and responded in a timely manner in needed. Would love to visit this area again!

Nice clean updated studio condo. Nice view from 11th floor balcony. Beach is small in front of condo, but opens up to the north and south. Har-tru tennis courts need to be rolled. Friendly people and great value

We had a great week in Fort Myers Beach! Enjoyed staying in Peggy‘s condo. Everything was just as it was listed and will definitely stay here again! Loved how close the beach and ocean are and it was very clean.
