Welcome to Margarita Mansion! A triplex property with a large heated pool, spa, and free bikes that is within walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach, FL. This listing is for unit 1 at Margarita Mansion, the one bedroom one bath condo on the top left of the building. Pet friendly with a sleeping capacity of up to four guests, with a large patio and separate entrance this property is perfect for budget conscious groups looking for rich amenities at a great price!
The Space:
This this listing is for a 1 condo occupying the entire top left section of Margarita Mansion. It enjoys a kitchenette, full bathroom, and large living room and private screened patio.
Bedroom- Two queen beds
Bathroom- Single vanity, toilet, and updated walk in shower
In terms of amenities, this property quite literally has more than any other short term rental on Fort Myers Beach. Firstly, it features an enormous heated pool with integrated spa. Secondly, it features a huge tiki hut adjacent to the pool that has multiple areas for seating, string lights, and an enormous flat screen TV. There is also a built in grill suite (not pictured) that sits behind the pool cage that features a large propane grill and also an Egg charcoal grill, so that guests may utilize the grilling method of their choice. Thirdly, both the primary and lockout side of this listing include their own patios, each with furniture overlooking the peaceful Anchorage St. Lastly, the entire upstairs features a mesh wifi system for blazing fast internet speeds. Last but not least, guests will be less than 5 minutes from a fantastic Supermarket and Pharmacy, with Publix being just down the road from this property.
Last but not least, this property includes access to bicycles! Please inquire with the manager prior to arrival for more information to ensure availability upon arrival!
***For groups looking for a larger unit, units 1 and 2 can be booked together in a separate listing and the lockout door in between the two units can be opened by us to form a 3/3 condo.***
Guest Access:
Guests may access the shared heated pool, spa, and tiki hut area as well as free unassigned parking in front of the building. The other units (top right side and downstairs) are separate rentals so please be aware there could be up to two other groups on premises at the time of your stay, and they too will have access to the pool area. There are only two units on the second floor, this unit and one other on the second floor. These units share a washer and dryer room which is located between the units on the patio area (pictured in patio photography, behind white door).
The Neighborhood:
This property is located at 198-200 Anchorage St. on Fort Myers Beach, with a walk to the beach of just 3 minutes. It is extremely close to many restaurants, shopping, and Lovers Key, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Guests must complete a rental agreement. FMB registration 25-0011.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
