For those who are not used to tropical environments, please note that while we are diligent about cleanliness and extremely regular pest control, but this does not necessarily mean that you will never see a bug, especially if you leave food out or spill crumbs. We ask that guests keep food sealed and countertops clean and keep the sliding doors shut. Please note that this is not a valid reason for a refund. However, we will gladly take steps to try to make your stay more comfortable or to address any issues as they are reported.

The unit may have beach toys and equipment left on the patio that you may feel free to use as you wish and return/leave behind in same condition upon departing. These have been left by other guests and are there for your use if available. We are not responsible for replacing these items if they are lost, broken, or stolen and use these items at your own risk.

Surfside Resort offers a large pool, two hot tubs, restaurant, beach bar, spa, well-appointed gym, basketball courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, and tennis. The resort picnic area with gas grills, is on the ground level and just around the corner from the unit. The beach gate is located right across the street. You can also access the beach via the resort’s private walkway from the swim deck.

Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Winn Dixie Grocery, Beach Shops, and many restaurants are located less than a mile away. Whale’s Tail, Surf Hut and other coffeeshops/bars are a short walking distance. Most offer both inside and outside dining.
