We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! We drank coffee on the covered lanai every single day and took in the beautiful, peaceful, quiet view. The unit was beautifully decorated with hawaiin themed decor. We enjoyed the tv's and plenty of free tv and movies. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a great variety id fishes, bowls, cups, plates, utensils, pans. It also had starter supply of soap, lotion, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washing, toilet paper. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. They provided beach towels and beach chairs, but we didn't use them because we were there for golf and pure lounging. I would definately go back again to this unit and recommend it to family and friends. It was perfect!

We used the Villa to make the most of the Kapalua tournament of champions event. Great location for the week, and worked out perfectly as the group’s central meeting house.

Awesome stay on Maui!

This was one of the best vacations. There were four of us and it was just perfect. One person went for a morning run while the others relaxed on the beautiful lanai. The most awesome time whale watching this time. The whales were plentiful and came close to the boats. Every day we were hiking on the coastal walk or a place nearby. Just a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Maui

We loved our time at this property. We had plenty of room for our family and it felt like home. The only down side was waking to the ground crews early most mornings. But that’s what comes with staying on the golf course

Absolutely perfect

We had a fabulous 12 days st the condo. There are so many things to do and all a short walk, shuttle drive or beautiful drive away. The weather was gorgeous. With everything handy for meal preparation, we took advantage of meals at the condo as well as enjoyed some of the outstanding restaurants nearby. No time for naps because we had so many activities planned.

Overheated

I would have given this a four star but we were without air for almost 24 hours. Location was perfect and was actually better than a unit we had stayed in last year. Plenty of items to keep small children busy with boogie board and sand toys. Plenty on chairs for the four of us too.

Wonderful Kapaula Condo!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in Kapalua in this condo. The condo is elegantly appointed, clean, the corner unit on the golf course is perfect with awesome views, incredible sunsets. We would stay here again for sure! The only caveats is that its a good walk from the beach (Kapalua Bay) so if you have small children or a lot of amenities, might want to drive or have a wagon. Also, the neighbor below the unit asked us to walk quietly (which was challenging with four kids and already walking barefoot) so we told our kids to tiptoe to not disturb the residents below. Otherwise, it was an ideal location, and a wonderful place to stay!

Lovely Condo

The condo was in good shape and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the view and location was great. However, the washer wasn't working and refrigerator, although working, had a strong chemical smell which permeated the water bottles and our food. Although we were in contact with the property manager immediately with several follow-up calls by me inquiring at the the status of repairs, the washer wasn't fixed until late afternoon of our last day and the refrigerator was not corrected at all. Very disappointing.

Quiet Kapalua Getaway

Positives: Outstanding location. Maximum privacy with end unit. Furnished/stocked very well and very clean. Golf Villas common areas in pristine condition including conveniently located pools and grills. Resort shuttle is a BIG plus and was very timely. Negatives: Could have used some towels for the pool. Ended up using bath towels. Owners car is permanently parked in the covered spot most convenient to unit so had to park in uncovered common space (although fairly close to unit). Permanent residents in unit directly below this unit complained that our walking on the tile floors was noisy and kept them up late. We didn’t feel that we were excessively loud and always try to be considerate of others so we were surprised to get this feedback on our first morning via a note on the door. Perhaps the heavy (although very attractive) tile flooring throughout the unit is too much for the 40 year infrastructure?

sunset views, swimming with fish, and plenty of steps

Lovely condo on the 4th hole of the Kapalua Bay course. We only used our vehicle to go off property; we enjoyed running and walking all over the property and to and from Napili beach, Kapalua Bay, Oneloa Bay, and even Merriman's for a lovely dinner. Plenty of room for our family of 3 to spread out and the teenager loved having her own room and bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked and having laundry is always a plus.

Love Kapalua….disappointing accommodations

Accommodations were not as described; many issues with appliances and cleanliness. We visit Maui every year and always stay at the Kapalua golf villas as we love the area. This is the first unit we ever had that did not meet our expectations.

Second time, not a charm!

This was our second stay at this residence. The first time it was privately owned and everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the owners interaction to the arrival gifts. This time it is run by a company, and I would strongly suggest they have a chat with their cleaners. We killed three cockroaches in the condo over the 8 days, 9 nights we were there. The sink was full of crumbs, dishes and cutlery had food on them, the spare bedroom bedding smelled of men’s cologne, the bathrooms had hair on the floor and showers still. My wife lost her cell phone behind one of the night tables and when we move move it out to retriever it, it was covered in dust bunnies! The fridge door kept sticking and required two strong arms to open it and had a bad odour. The spare bedroom had a mildew smell that required airing out daily. Basically, my wife started her vacation doing housework!

Wonderful place to stay. Would stay again. I’m short so it would have been nice to have a step stool to get into clothes in closet and kitchen cabinets. The safe would not work as someone closed it and could not reset. Parking was initially a little hard as neighbor double parking but we got the backing out down pretty good. Thank you for the great stay and well stocked kitchen and towels.

Beautiful condo in Kapalua!

The Golf Villas in Kapalua are located in paradise! This was my 3rd stay in the Golf Villas and this unit was tastefully decorated and perfect for my family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the patio comfortably seated the whole family. Overlooking the 4th hole of the Kapalua Bay golf course with Kapalua bay in the distance allowed for beautiful sunsets. I will definitely book this unit again.

Kapalua golf villas are very beautiful , secluded, and quiet condos perfect for any family with small kids and even couples. The condo was very spacious and had all the amenities you could possibly need , the air conditioning worked wonderfully and the view from the lanai was gorgeous. We spent hours just watdhing fhe view and eating our homecooked meals. They also have brach chairs, boogie boards,, etc. Most importantly, they had a shuttle tthat took you to kapalua bay, napili bay beach, ritz, or anything in the area. That was so useful as beach parking ,can be difficult

Great location and very spacious condo.

Our family had an amazing time at the property. perfect for the 5 of us. We loved the quiet location, being in Kapalua and short drives/walks to our favorite snorkeling beaches. Golf course views were beautiful every night. Property was clean and met/exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

Our stay at Kapalua was better than what we expected. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The condo nicely cleaned and ready for us. Everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed some hiking trails that were close by. It's just beautiful in Maui. We will definitely be looking forward to our next time at this condo and use My Perfect Stays. Aloha.

Amazing stay in Maui

This was better than we imagined. Beautiful condo and amazing view of the golf course. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. We were able to do some of the hiking trails close by. That is some good exercise! Lahaina is a short distance so we spent some time walking by some of the shops and then to Whalers Village for some shopping and wonderful appetizers at Leilani's. The condo was spacious and wonderfully decorated and stocked with anything we could have expected. It makes it nice to prepare some meals "right at home". Just beautiful. Thank you.
