This lovely 2BR-1BA Pilot House condo is located at Pilot House right in the heart of the Resort at the Baytowne Wharf! With a sunny balcony that overlooks the tropical pool and courtyard, the condo features a king bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a family area, and an adjoining bunk room alcove. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Our stylish family area features comfy seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and complimentary WIFI. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. There is dining seating for four guests and kitchen bar seating for four. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an HDTV. There is bunk room alcove with a twin/full bunk bed, and a stacked washer-dryer. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

The Pilot House at the Village of Baytowne Wharf is perhaps the Resort's best kept secret! There is a lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax!

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a kid’s playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. Be our guest and enjoy convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location, along with world class accommodations!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Excellent responsiveness from property owners with any questions, prior to and during the stay. Nice location with some privacy due to position of tree foliage. Unit came with pool cards and tram cards. Unit was clean. Would stay again.

Solid place with littles. Plenty to do and getting to the beach was very easy. Tram option to the beach was nice, but if you leave early enough (0800-0830) you will not have an issue parking and can take whatever you need with you. Pool was large and never felt crowded even when it was busy. Will stay closer to Destin/Fort Walton Beach when the kids are older, but this place is great with littles.

Great Stay in a Great Location

Our family of four found the condo very comfortable for our 3 day stay. It was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. We received a series of messages prior to the stay. On the morning of check-in we received all the information we needed to access the garage, building, and room. We asked a question during our stay and heard back within the hour. The unit is a very short walk from the Wharf, which has a number of restaurants and shops, including a convenience store for food, drinks, and anything you might have forgotten. Despite the proximity to so much activity, the unit was very quiet. We're very pleased and hope to come back again in the future!

Great property with ease to all amenities

This property was just what we were looking for. It was the first time we did not stay RIGHT on the beach so I was nervous about the tram. It was a breeze, and so easy. You can bring your small ice chests on the tram so that made it all the worthwhile. The warf was so unique and fun. Be sure to check the entertainment for the time your going beforehand- we assumed the weekend would have things going on however the week seemed to have more going on. The great thing was that warf offered so much without live entertainment. Beautiful food and great food! 100/10

Always hard to not have fun in Destin, but the windows were covered and we could not use the balcony for the 8 days we were there. When I asked, Beach Blue's response was it was out of their control. I get out of their control, but out of their knowledge - nope. No offer of a concession. Pretty poor customer service as far as I'm concerned. I'd consider staying directly with Sandestin resort instead of the '3rd party' company.

Spring break

Having stayed at the resort before it was everything I remembered. This time bringing teenagers it was nice to be able to let them roam and explore on their own. Bike rentals were very easy and a nice way to explore. Easy access to beach as well. The only complaint I had was communication. Upon arrival we noted plastic covering over our windows for work being completed outside. Due to this work our balcony was very dirty with paint shaving on the floor and dust all over the outside furniture. With guests arriving I would have thought at least the furniture would have been wiped down and debris swept up. I understand the work needed to be done but no communication was given. Then one afternoon suddenly there was a worker coming and going off the balcony to the scaffolding near by. Again no warning or communication. Our first morning in the condo we suddenly lost water with one person just starting a shower. After getting ahold of management they apologized and said they weren’t given warning either. Later a text went out indicating water would be off for a couple of hours. Lack of communication and dirty balcony are my only complaints.

Summer Vacay

Omg! Where to start!! This property was located steps away from Baytowne Wharf. It was the perfect location for 3 small kids aged 4 & 8. The pool was amazing and has late hours, which provided the perfect escape after a long day out. The condo was everything it boasted it would be. Perfect amount of space for kids and parents. The bunk beds were amazing. The deck was accessible from the bedroom and the living room. The sofa was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking needs. My only suggestion would be to add more tubberware or glass storage dishes to store leftovers. Also, maybe upgrade the cookware since food sticks to the pan. The unit has a good sized washer and dryer. I plan to return in the future.

Very Nice Condo

This is a nice condo that is located close to everything. All ages will enjoy staying here. The only disadvantage to this condo is there is only one bathroom and that can be difficult when several people are staying together.
