The property was great for us. We enjoyed the convenience of the location. The house was laid out nicely to allow room for everyone. The children lived being able to get outdoors. The kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub and pool were beautiful.

Great house and location

The house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better and the pool/hot tub were amazing after a day on the river. It does have an induction stove which is tricky if you’re not used to it but the grill was great. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful Property!

Beautiful home and beautiful views. The layout was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms plus a gameroom with a kitchenette upstairs and a large master suite down. The location was great being centrally located to both Schlitterbaun and the Comal River.We had a wonderful time and hope to return. I would recommend this property.

Great River property!

Wonderful vacation with peaceful comfortable and easy access location! House was perfect for a family of 4 and even more. Hot tub was a perfect end to the night and the dock on the river was so amazing for fishing and just hanging out! Easy access into town and so quiet at night! Will come back again for sure!

Great Girls Getaway

This was a great house for a girlfriend’s getaway/reunion! We found all we needed for cooking (but bring your own foil & storage bags). Coffee pots on both floors were a plus and the beds were comfy. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for us to gather and visit with a beautiful view of the river.

Stayed Friday - Sunday with friends. The house is beautiful, well kept and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, it was close to everything we needed. We had several friends/family asking about the house and we definitely recommended it. We would def stay again!

Girls bday trip

We arrived, everything was as stated on the website. Place is beautiful, right on the water. Love the layout. The main staircase inside the house is very steep, it would not be good for older people to go up and down. House is very cool layout, spacious, clean, comfy, gorgeous views. We all had a blast. Beds are comfy too.

Bachelorette Weekend on the Guadalupe River

The Edgewater Escape is a gorgeous setting overlooking the Guadalupe River! There are many balconies and large windows allowing guests to soak in the relaxation. The private pool and hot tub are the finishing touches for a great getaway. We had a lovely girls’ trip, thank you!

Great location on the river

The spot on the river was great! The size of the house was perfect for 8 adults. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. There was another house that backed up to where the pool and hot tub were which was a little weird and made it feel not private (although we never saw anyone in that house).

Not worth the amount of money you have to pay and there are a lot of upgrades needed. The pool is also between two houses where one lives full time so it was very awkward.

Great Place for a River Getaway

Property, property owners and Vrbo were great to work with. The property manager could have and should have done a better job cleaning. If you're looking for a good river getaway with friends, this is your place.
