As you enter the home from the spacious front deck, you will encounter a cozy living room with a stone wood burning fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a work/serving island with barstools and a breakfast nook with seating for four. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with ample seating as well as a spacious family room with a large screen TV and piano for entertaining. There is a loveseat and pull-out queen sleeper sofa bed that can accommodate extra guests.

As you go up one of two staircases, you will discover a large recreation room with leather sofas, a game table, a large screen TV, a pool table and an electronic game station that will keep the kids busy for hours. Also upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a full en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a separate full bathroom. An added bonus is the upstairs laundry room with a washer and dryer. All of the upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as central heating and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort and a great night’s sleep.

The first floor master suite opens off the living room at the base of the second stairway and is a bright, sunny room with vaulted ceilings and a separate en-suite bathroom. This suite opens onto the back deck with a patio table, six chairs and a propane barbeque. A few short steps take you down to the large fenced backyard and outdoor spa. Villa Pines is truly a vacationer’s mountain dream that will call you back time and again.
