Incredible Views. Beautiful Place

My wife and our 2 kids stayed for a week. The view is incredible. The pools and grounds are beautiful. The place had everything we needed. The patio was amazing. We highly recommend and will be coming back.

Heavenly Relaxation

This condo is in an amazing location steps from the sand and ocean waves. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and the outside patio area is comfortable and has gorgeous views of the sunrise. We loved hanging out both on the patio and at the pools around Casa Del Mar. We stayed in and cooked most days, as we just never wanted to leave!

Unbeatable Location

We have stayed at Casa del Mar several times and it is simply the perfect location between Cabo and San Jose. This particular unit is good sized and perfect for 2 adult couples or a family. Casa del Mar overall has beautiful pools and grounds. Beautiful long walking beach. Cabs easily available for wherever you need to go. You will love this spot!!!

Perfect location!

Amazing location on the beach! You rent this unit for the oceanfront location. We loved waking up to the sunrises and waves. We saw whales and dolphins from the patio daily. This unit is also in good proximity to the hotel restaurants and pools. The downside is the unit is a bit dated. We had flooding issues in one bathroom and just decided to not use that shower, also the dishwasher and refrigerator had quirks we had to figure out in order to use properly.

We loved it!

This property was so great for us! Our priorities were 1st level on the beach, beds for 6, good outdoor space including an outdoor table and in the corridor. Casa Del Mar checked all the boxes for us! We had an awesome time on our first trip to Cabo. I’ve stayed at a lot of vrbos and I really appreciate the little things and this one had tons of them - things like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole and other games, floaties, and kitchen basics. We watched whales and rays jump in the ocean daily and also took advantage of the recommended cook some to treat ourselves. We had an issue with hot water one evening which was a bummer but they were responsive and got it fixed.I would recommend this place for sure!! Thanks you!!

Wonderful condo! Very comfortable with everything you need for a great vacation! I just wish we could have stayed longer. Angelique is one of the best hosts we have ever worked with. Great communication!! The location cannot be beat, cannot get any closer to the ocean. We watched whales from the patio every day. Everyone at the resort was very helpful. The grounds are impeccable. There are little activities all day, almost like being at an adult day camp. At this time of year, there were no kids at the pool and it was very peaceful and quite. If you are looking for a big party place, this is not it. And we were happy for that. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful Resort + Awesome Oceanfront Location

My family spent a week in this unit for Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The resort grounds, pools and location are beautiful and the food at the resort was excellent. The condo was clean and comfy, it fit our family of 4 just right. The only minor negatives were that the master shower floods the entire bathroom floor very easily as it has a gap under the door with no lip to hold water in. Luckily there is a very nice second shower that the whole family used and it was just fine. Also the bedroom our kids stayed in had a bit of a funky smell to it, possibly from the old wood cabinets and trunks in the room? Not sure, but we just kept their sliding door open most of the days to keep it aired out. Minor issues for an otherwise very comfortable condo with A+ views, A+ pool and A+ location!

Incredible time

We could not have picked a better time. Whale watching from the patio was great and honestly the most relaxing area to be, it was amazing how close to the beach some of the whales would come. You can walk right on to the beach from the patio and less than a 50 yards to the main pool area from the front door. Angelique was always available to answer any questions, make referrals, etc during our stay. Condo is very comfortable and beds were great. We vacation in Mexico quite a bit and have been coming to Cabo for years, and there have been many times the beds were awful. Chelino beach is a few miles north if you want to get some great snorkeling in or just enjoy a beautiful beach. There is a large super market a few miles south for groceries. This would rate as one of our favorite locations we've stayed in Cabo versus Medano beach area and further south in San Jose. Highly recommend.

The perfect beach vacation

This condo is just mind blowing with the view and the quality of the accommodations. The resort in which the condo is located lies in between San Lucas and San Jose, which is perfect if you like a quieter area and less beach traffic. We spent hours sitting on the back porch watching all the whales out in the ocean. There had to of been at least 30+ pods or a mother and calf pairing that we would see a day. I have never seen whales before and wish I had some binoculars! The condo is beautiful. It has recently been updated and everything looks great and very well decorated. The pictures posted are very accurate, and may actually look even better in person! One day we were about to go lay out by the very picturesque pool(with a swim up bar too) and then realized how you cant beat laying out on the back porch with its sun chairs....so we worked on the tan and did some more whale watching. lol The condo is located on a very nice resort and you will have access to the pools and restaurants. The restaurant called the sandbar by the beach has extremely fresh and very savory food. It takes a bit for the food to come out(they are literally making it), yet it is well worth it. The best pico de gallo I have ever had in my life, and I live in Houston... The owner is very friendly and helpful to anything and everything you need. Had lots of suggestions for first timers like us. I highly recommend this condo, it is a true gem of Cabo. Will defiantly be going back.

You can't get any closer to the sea without getting wet

This unit is great for a getaway. You have easy access to both San Jose and Cabo while having a front row seat to the Sea of Cortez. This unit is not only oceanfront, it is as close as you can get. We spent many hours just sitting on the back patio watching the whales. It was our own personal paradise. This unit was very clean, bright, and inviting. Everything you need is provided- beach chairs, towels, toiletries, etc. Just pack your swimsuit and you will be good to go. The owner, Angelique, was wonderful about providing suggestions for us from transportation to in house massages. I would highly recommend this property, and actually already did to some travelers me met while waiting for our return flight at the airport. Two notes just to mention (they can be positive or negative depending on your situation)- the condo is sort of part of the Zoetry resort. Staying at the condo gives you access to the beautiful pools, but it does not give you access to the resort's activities or other things. You will need to pay for these separately if you are interested in doing wine tastings, yoga classes... Also, although children are allowed at the resort, I would not bring them. There are no activities for them to participate in and the resort is very very...very quiet. This is amazing if you do not like the typical crowded resorts, as we had no issue getting lounge chairs by the pool and service was great. But this is not great if you worry about your kids making noise or splashing in the pool. The resort is mainly adult-oriented for activities, food, and overall feel.

We had an amazing experience in every aspect. Angelique was so great to communicate with and very responsive. The unit was great, the ground floor location facing the water was the best. We were able to sit and watch the sunrise in the mornings, watch the kids play in the sand during the days and see firework at night all from the outdoor patio. Plus the whale activity was amazing as well. The space it’s self is stocked with literally everything you will need, from coolers, beach chairs, tennis rackets, towels, cookware, umbrella, beach toys, binoculars and so much more. There was some noise transfer from the unit above, mainly when chairs were slid on the floor. But the community was very respectful and never loud late into the night. The pool area was awesome, our kids spent so much time in the pools. The staff was very attentive and became good friends with Francisco. My wife and I both agreed we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Angelique for opening your home to our family.

Perfect Stay at Casa Del Mar

We strongly recommend staying at Angelique's property at Casa Del Mar resort and we would love to come back! The 2 bedroom is spacious, clean and stylish, extremely well located. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and patio and it feels like separate quarters providing privacy to all guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality utensils, pots and pans and everything you might need if you decide to cook or bake. The best part is the patio with lounge chairs , dinner table, sofa and of course the ocean view from each room. The location is the best, next to Ventana and a short walk to the swimmable beach at Paradisio Hotel. Both husband and teenage son swam in front of the condo, but this is only for advanced swimmers...and if you are looking for a massage on the beach, I recommend walking past the Hilton, you can't miss them, perfect set up in a cove! One more tip: Uber's are 1/3 of the cost of cabs, and Fresco is the place to go for grocery shopping for a short stay. Enjoy your Stay!

If you come from Dec-March, you will see whales swimming from the condo! My bf and I kayaked on the ocean (double kayak) and a family of whales were just about 15ft away from us- so so amazing but also scary ;-). Hope to see you again soon. The views and location of this condo was amazing. We had such a peaceful vacation. The patio is the perfect place to relax and watch the ocean with unobstructed views. The condo was clean and well decorated. The owner was easy to contact, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back!

Best location, beautiful resort, very clean & secure, resort staff was friendly & helpful

Stayed in Angeliques Casa Del Mar condo La Luna 101 from 1/18-1/25/2020 The condo was in great condition, very clean, everything worked, all three beds were very comfortable. The location of the resort couldn't be better. We almost rented a condo at Las Olas but at the last minute changed over to Angeliques La Luna 101. On the 1st day of our trip i reconned Las Olas and found out that i made a very wise decision to not rent there. Casa Del Mar is a substantially nicer resort, and the miles long stretch of beach in front of Casa Del Mar is much nicer as well. I read many reports that the ocean is unswimmable.. however we found it to be very swimmable. i would not recommend it for very small kids, but one need not be a world class swimmer of Navy Seal caliber to play in the surf.i read a review that the Casa Del Mar pool is not heated, thats not accurate. The upper pool ( the one with the poolside bar ) is definitely heated and that heated water overflows into the lower pool via the infinity edge wall. A small segment of the units nearby ( approximately 35 ) are hotel units.. all of the rest are privately owned Condos. I dont know how many of these condos are routinely rented out via VRBO or similar services. We found that renting a car was the best option for us.. albeit an expensive one. As an American you MUST purchase an insurance policy through the rental car company.. our 1week mini-van rental cost about $750 us. We found that effective concise communications to be difficult as our Espanol is terrible and understanding theirs is even worse, with that said, having our own car and being able to come and go whenever and wherever effectively eliminated alot of frustrating conversations that we would have had to endure if we didnt have our own car. Casa Del Mar is such a nice place that theres no concern of thievery.. we often left our doors unlocked. Only issue was that there were lots of super teeny-tiny ants that milled around near the kitchen sink and countertop areas.. these ants didnt seem interested in any other locations... we simply kept all of our food in the fridge and all was well. The ground floor is awesome, but on our last two nights we wished that we were on the top floor as new renters came in above us and were very active from midnight to 3:30am.. the floor above is ceramic tile and with that theres very little sound deadening. So we heard EVERYTHING! All in all, great condo and owner was easy to deal with.

Paradise found!

Had the pleasure of spending a week of relaxation, whale watching, and long walks on the beach. The condo was spacious, clean, with lots of amenities. The oceanfront view, sounds of the waves and spectacular sunrise and sunset can’t be beat! The only thing that better was watching my daughter marry the man of her dreams there! Destination wedding was fabulous and I highly recommend the condo and hotel property for a great vacation or fabulous destination wedding!

Owner was extremely professional and quick to respond to all emails. The unit was clean and beautifully appointed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great resort. Lots of amenities

We discovered this villa in 2017. Absolutely fell in love with the location and facilities. We stayed again in 2018 and will be back every year. The owner is fantastic

Beautiful beachfront condo

Everything was perfect, from listening to the waves at night to waking up for a long walk on the beach. Casa Del Mar is a small, quiet resort. Just what we were looking for.

Wonderful beachfront property w stunning views

Property was exact as presented. Beautiful area however need a taxi/car to get to any sort of activity other than beach, pool or walking. We loved the solitude and safety! Workers at the casa Del Mar were very beautiful and fun people as were the other guests

Absolutely magical!

We just stayed at this property for the first week of January. The pictures do not do the view justice. It is absolutely spectacular!! I have never felt so calm, and relaxed as I did sitting outside on the patio, watching the sunrise, sunset, (you can see both because it's a peninsula) and everything in between. There is a multitude of seating choices outside, all of them so comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, and there was a lot of closet and drawer space. Great full kitchen. Nice living room. Beautiful bathroom but shower pressure was a little too hard for my liking. The hotel itself is beautiful and quiet. Love the pool and cabanas. Beach is almost empty! We found a small spot where we could swim, the rest was too dangerous because of rocks. If you like to golf, there is a great golf course right across the street and many others nearby. This was one of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations I've ever taken. Thank you Angelique!

Absolutely Stunning Location

This place lived up to all the pictures and reviews, the location with the lawn directly outside was fantastic for sunbathing, and with the beach steps away. The owner Angelique, has all you would require for a family vacation. David A
