COMPLETAMENTE REMODELADO Impresionante condominio frente al mar!

Una comunidad de condominios 'Five Star' de primera clase ubicada en un exuberante paisaje tropical. Todo el complejo está vigilado y cerrado y tiene seguridad las 24 horas.

Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el edificio de La Playa, que recibe su nombre porque es el más cercano a la playa y tiene una increíble vista despejada del océano desde cada ventana. Solo hay unas pocas unidades selectas en la playa y La Playa 202 es una de ellas. ¡El acceso a la unidad no requiere ningún paso, sin embargo, el balcón se encuentra en el segundo piso para mayor privacidad!

Observe a las ballenas nadar y disfrute del sonido de las olas desde el gran balcón privado. Disfrute del amanecer y el atardecer sobre el "mar de Cortés" desde el lujo de un condominio bien equipado y disfrute de impresionantes puestas de sol sobre las montañas y el océano en el lado sur del balcón.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama king europea con baño privado. La segunda habitación de huéspedes se adapta cómodamente a dos camas matrimoniales con su propio baño también. Relájese en la sala de estar con un completo centro de entretenimiento o disfrute de las comidas en el comedor.

Esta unidad pertenece a nuestra familia y no es un negocio comercial. Nos enorgullecemos y lo mantenemos impecable. Tenemos un equipo de limpieza disponible si desea servicios de limpieza durante su estadía por un cargo adicional.

El condominio se encuentra dentro del exclusivo hotel Casa del Mar Golf and Spa Resort, que se sometió a una renovación completa a mediados de noviembre de 2015. El complejo hotelero cuenta con un servicio completo de alimentos y bebidas en la piscina principal, un restaurante estilo hacienda que sirve desayunos, almuerzos y cenas, un restaurante en la playa y un bar deportivo.

El acceso a los servicios del hotel, incluido el spa, el conserje, las toallas de piscina, el bar de la piscina y los restaurantes del hotel están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes por una tarifa de resort de $ 30 por día (por condominio, no por huésped) que se paga directamente al hotel día a día.

Nice stay

What a beautiful place to stay for Thanksgiving week. Playa 202 was simply perfect and the location is the best. We watched whales outside on the deck every morning and had beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We saw whales while hanging out on the full length porch and the sunrises were spectacular! The waves lulled us to sleep in the super comfortable beds. The space was perfect for our family of four - wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing views & ocean waves!

Amazing vacation!! Views from every room… even the shower! Beach nor pools are crowded & the food was delicious at restaurants & pool bar. Taxis on site quickly by request. Condo has everything you could possibly need & very comfortable. Resort is peaceful with absolutely gorgeous landscape! We will definitely book again!

Once again, a great stay!

This is a beautiful condo next to the ocean with magnificent views of both the sunrise and sunset. (The beach is not safe for swimming, however.) The condo is roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a Mexican feel. The Casa del Mar community is quiet and designed in a Spanish colonial style. We have returned here 4 times and will rent again.

Great Beach Property

Very nice clean and well maintained condo within a very nice well maintained complex. Great view from every room. Beautiful mature landscaping throughout the complex. We loved that we never needed the A/C because it had such good airflow and a very safe environment for opening all the doors and windows. The description of the property is very accurate. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great place in Cabo

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, situated about halfway between San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas so it's easy to get to either. However you might not want to leave the resort. The pools and grounds are all very well maintained and were perfect for our family of 5 that included a toddler and a couple of teenagers. The condo itself has to be one of the best ones in the place, while it's on the second floor it is essentially a walk up as you would have to go downstairs to get to the first floor units. It's an oceanfront unit with spectacular views of the water and the beach. Condo was well stocked with eveything you need to make meals at home, plenty of towels and beach toys for the kids etc. etc. Check in and check out were fast and easy! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Cabo!

Amazing Property

La Playa 202 was an unbelievably amazing property. From the moment we booked our family vacation, Natalie was super supportive with any questions we had. The property itself was everything as described but even better!!! Having several pools within the resort to chose from was great for our young children. The location between San Jose or San Lucas on the corridor was perfect! There was absolutely nothing we could have complained about. We are already planning on next trip!

Amazing getaway!!

My sisters and I loved our stay at Villa La Playa! Upon entering the condo we were immediately drawn to the view. Amazing! The condo is right on the beach. Felt very safe as it was a gated community and the condo is on the second floor. The condo itself was clean and it had all the amenities that we needed. We loved getting up in the morning in for beach walks and whale watching! We have spent the past 3 years going to Cabo, and this was definitely our favorite place we have stayed thus far! We will definitely return. Thank you Natalie and family!

Quiet, comfortable with amazing views

We very much enjoyed our relaxing week in this well appointed and comfortable condo. The unit is in the Casa del Mar resort community which made it easy to do our own thing or use the resort facilities when desired. I always am amused at the creative photography of "ocean views" and what looks like expansive rooms and beach fronts, that when you get there are no where as nice or as big as expected. This condo is even nicer, the views better and beach more expansive than the photos show. The owner is extremely gracious and responded almost immediately to a question we had after arrival. Much appreciated and way above any reasonable expectation. Highly recommended property, you'll have a great time staying here.

Home Away f on Home, only BETTER!

First of all, let me say that Natalie was a SUPER HOST! She was so welcoming and answered all of our questions! The condo was within a quiet resort and was well appointed. We had everything we needed and really appreciated having shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, napkins, paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. Lately when we’ve vacationed using VRBO, the units come with just a few starter supplies and you have to shop for refills mid week! The beds and furniture were all very comfortable, and the unit was spotless! Not a lot of clutter, but nicely decorated. The entire project was well maintained and looked beautiful. We watched the whales from afar EVERY DAY! The guys golfed three different courses, but be aware that the prices with cart averaged $325 per round! We ate out most evenings and dinner and drinks were also extremely costly. Cabo is definitely more expensive than it used to be! We have used VRBO many times, but never stayed at the same condo/home twice within the cities we have visited! We will definitely be back to Natalie’s place again when visiting Cabo. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic condo

This was our favorite VRBO of all time! The view was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio every afternoon and evening watching whales and mobula rays Some nights there were fireworks. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, the home was clean, and everything in order. We appreciated some of the little things left behind which made our stay even easier. The kitchen was really well stocked too. We love this location and will be back ASAP. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Enjoyable Getaway

We really enjoyed the property. I do wish the overall resort had more pools for my family (4 kids under 18). There was one that was not heated near the condo. The other was ~30 yards away. That being said, we absolutely loved the beach access, the staff were friendly, and the condo had everything we could need to make it a very enjoyable stay for our family of 6.

Amazing!

Natalie’s property was absolutely perfect for two couples (or even a third). It is RIGHT on the beach, near the hotel lobby, restaurants, and spa, and the staff is super friendly. The condo came with everything you could need and was incredibly comfortable. Natalie was lovely and so helpful, too, and even allowed for an early arrival for us. We will visit again!!!

Absolute Perfection - Ten Star Review - Saved Christmas

As 20 plus year veterans of coming to Cabo and Casa Del Mar, we have never had such an amazing experience as we had with Natalie and the opportunity to stay in her beautiful condo. This Christmas our family group of 5 unfortunately booked at another resort (las Residencias) and upon arrival on Christmas Day were told it was not available…..yes we were very unhappy. We immediately started looking on VRBO and saw Natalie had a last minute cancelation. We inquired and she immediately responded (yes she responded on Christmas Day!!) We quickly booked and were in her pristine and ocean front condo by 2pm. Upon arrival at the ocean front condo only a few hours after booking, we were met with an immaculate, beautifully furnished ocean front condo, bottle of lovely wine, fully stocked kitchen, access to multiple pools, luxury linens, and on and on. Bottom line, if you ever need a beautiful and relaxing stay in Cabo, top quality accommodations and an owner that is over the top responsive, stay here. Natalie truly did save our family holiday vacation!!! We will be back!

Wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of soft waves crashing right outside your window. Spend a lazy afternoon on the balcony with the best view in Cabo while sipping on an ice cold margarita. It doesn't get better than this. Relaxing and quiet yet close to all the action if you want it.

Very Remote yet in the middle of everything. Casa Del Mar is in the best location in this area right on the corridor half way between Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo. the Condo sits right on the beach. from the balcony, all you see is the beach and the sea of Cortez. Great Eastern views for sunrise and great Western views for sunset - this Condo is very special in its location on the grounds of a 5-Star Resort - you will not regret this vacation
