We are delighted to introduce you an architectural masterpiece recognized with the 1st Place award at the Design Awards 2020. Nestled in the breathtaking Sian Ka’an Biosphere, a UNESCO World Heritage site, our property offers an unparalleled experience in sustainable luxury. El espacio:

Just 3.5 km north from the biosphere entrance and around 5 km from Tulum’s beach trendy area, you will find an oasis of total tranquility and privacy, where you will be able to enjoy with your friends and family, the pristine beaches of the Caribbean without missing out on any comfort during your stay. We are so in awe of this house that it's connected to nature, and feel so grateful that we designed it to allow the outside space, continue inside, that we cannot wait for you to come and experience it! The whole house is lined with crystal sliding doors with wood louvers that let the sea breeze come in. All the spaces including the living room and bedrooms can be fully open to the outside, as well as fully closed out.



In terms of layout, we have 2 separate spaces united by a beautiful stone spiral-shaped staircase.The first space is composed of an open kitchen, living, and dining room all together and has a connection to the front part and the backside of the house. On the right side, we have 3 bedrooms overseeing the private jungle. The 1st one has a King size bed, private bathroom, and terrace. The 2nd one has a King size bed, a private terrace, and shares a double sink and shower, a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has 2 single beds and its terrace.

* On the left side, you will find the Master Bedroom, with a King size bed, a terrace, private bathroom with double sinks, shower, and tub. You will also find the Studio that can be used as a TV room or an extra bedroom in case you need it. You will also find a generously wide deck, with a square-shaped mini pool overlooking the natural sand dunes, that are facing the sea. The second part of the house is the rooftop área. You can access it from the front entrance directly through the stairs. Here, the space offers a spectacular jungle and sea view. Here, you can enjoy a complete barbecue area with 2 outdoor dining áreas, one stunning pool with sun chairs, and a bathroom.



And, as not everything is simple when it comes to living in such a virgin and protected place, let's not forget that this is an eco-friendly property that works with solar panels and our own windmill, renewable energy, there may be technical failures. Please consider that AC works from 9:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m.

El barrio:

Located in Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, this is a very peaceful, green, and eco-chic place where you will feel the Tulum spirit.



The Boca Paila bridge is around 10.5 km away from the house and Casa Malca is around 5 km going to the Hotel Zone Area.



The roads in Tulum and Sian Ka'an reserve have potholes - bumps, however, don't forget Tulum is a growing town, surrounded by jungle, by the sea; and we are privileged to be able to appreciate and enjoy the magic and beauty of this place.

Neither the plunge pool (mini pool - ocean view) nor the sky pool have heating, the water is at ambient temperature, take into account that the climate in Tulum is warm and pleasant
