Intercoastal-pool-ocean

Great location. Easy walk to everything- ocean, which was never crowded, fun bars and restaurants, Archibald's Bakery, gift shops, mall, Publix and Liquor store- all close by. The outdoor patio on the water is sweet. It was a great place to hang out, have a drink and play board games. Really nice to have the water taxi just outside the lobby. The property manager was quick to respond to our question. The hotel staff was also very helpful.The kitchen area needs to be better stocked (only two glasses, 2 coffee mugs, 2 bowls, limited silverware, etc.) Since you can walk across the street to Publix, it is an easy fix to purchase paper plates/cups but since the rental is for up to six it could be stocked better. If you don't want to rent a car this is the perfect area. Overall, great family vacation. Thanks for sharing your condo!!!

Only a few problems

Owner wasn’t real helpful with a problem we had but he did come thru thanks to the really wonderful repair guy! Owner was very hard to get a hold of! Turned out to be a great stay

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Do not stay at this property, we couldn't use this unit due to the amount of BLACK MOLD in the unit! The owner didn't do anything to rectify the issue AT ALL. We left the unit with being in it after 5mins and he blamed it on the hotel services. This is a owners unit within the hotel, it has nothing to do with the hotel. The owner is a scam artist! BE WARE here !!!

Great location!

Stayed here for the Tortuga Festival. Amazing location and enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. Water taxi also has a stop there so that made it extremely accessible to the festival grounds. Would definitely stay again.

Be wary of booking this property

Registration took over 20 minutes as they could not find my name. Room is dirty with marks on many of the walls & ceiling. No soap in the bathrooms including showers. I did reach out to the owner twice, with nothing being provided. The tub was slow to drain, I reached out to Hotel and they fixed that. The pool was freezing, could barely use it. The overall property was old and looks like it hasn't been refreshed since it was built. I stay at many short-term rentals, and this was by far the most "used".

Inconformes con el estado de la propiedad

Es una lástima llegar a una propiedad bien ubicada y con el nombre de Hilton y encontrarte con varios detalles inaceptables. No sirve el triturador, el drenaje de la cocina tapado y el de una regadera y cuando tratas de que se atienda, te dice el propietario que front desk te lo arregla y cuando pides ayuda ahi, te dicen que es el propietario el que lo debe arreglar que e una propiedad aparte. Fue hasta que Vrbo lo contactó que mandó a su servicio de mantenimiento y llegó ya casi cuando salíamos y fie el mismo de mantenimiento que nos dijo que ya ha dado mucho problema el triturador. Yo recomendaría quitar esta propiedad de su lista o pedir las mejoras. Te ofrecen cupo para 7 personas y no hay platos ni cubiertos ni para cinco. Por otro lado, cuando le comentamos de los problemas de su propiedad, nos hace la aclaración de que estaba barato que debía de cobrar 50% mas para esta época, cuando el estado de la suite es para que cobrara menos. Disfrutammos de la familia pero con un mal sabor de boca

Excellent place for vacation!

Kam was an amazing host - responded very quickly and helped with everything we needed. We loved the hotel amenities and the unit was perfect for our family to relax and have fun. We would definitely come back!

Family vacation

There was five of us . Once we arrived we were excited to walk to the beach as advertised, however as we are walking over the drawbridge with ALL of are things, which was not fun, there was some very sketchy people along the way. One was laid out on the sidewalk strung-out on who knows what, then we get to the beach strip, hot an sweaty after carrying all the beach equipment and there are about five or so restaurants, but homeless people everywhere begging. From that day forward we had to Uber EVERYWHERE (and it's wasn't cheap) to the "nicer" side of the beach, but again more homeless people just laying on the concrete. They looked dead. it was not good. The hotel was nice, but you live an learn. The outside bar tender Carmelo is super cool! Be safe. take Uber and eat before you go out.

we loved our stay

We stay here for a bachelorette party with 7 women and we were all accommodated spaciously. Our room was ready early which really worked out for our plans. The check in process was quick and easy the front desk staff was friendly. The location of hotel was in close proximity to the beach just about a 10 minute walk over the bridge, close to grocery store which was across the street along with a cute little breakfast bakery. The coffee bar was not open and the pool bar was not open both of which would of been nice but it did not make or break out stay. The only things we had issues with were extra towels for the room, if you want those you have to go through the host and not the hotel. Given we had 7 women in a room extra towels would of been nice. There were pool towels that we used for the beach which was nice so you don’t need to pack beach towels. Our room was 2 queen beds a bathroom And balcony, we had a kitchen and living room w sleeper sofa (extra sheets&blankets came from hotel) then a king bedroom with attached bathroom. We didn’t rent a car and used Uber for travel and it worked out great not far from airport. We would stay here again. Right on the water way and had direct access to the water taxi although we didn’t not used that while we stayed. If you don’t mind a little walk this is perfect for your beach vacation.

Good location

Super nice place for the price and good location to the beach. But there was nothing to clean the dishes with, no dishwasher packets or sponge, no paper towel, no toaster, even though there is one in the pictures. Towels was the main problem because you aren’t “associated” with the hotel so we had to reuse the same towels. But overall it was good!

Pretty good stay

The property requires a $40 per day valet service for parking. There is no other option for parking. They had one valet working the whole time we stayed here. It was difficult to come and go throughout the day. The two bedroom we stayed in was great for our stay. It had all that we needed.
