Quite peaceful and centrally located. An easy 5 min. drive to
I-25, Walmart 10 min. drive for groceries. Park right across the street for morning or evening strolls. Gorgeous views of the Cheyenne Mountains. Great neighbors. Corner lot. Huge second story deck where you can sip on your coffee and watch the gorgeous and colorful sunsets. Fast wifi allows you to work from this home if you need to and with over 2,000 sq feet you will have plenty of space.

Do you have a group larger than 10? No worries we got you covered. We are now offering our basement (750 sq ft/ 4th bedroom) for groups of 11 or more. Have a smaller group but want more space. We got you! We can offer our basement for small groups of 10 or less for an additional cost of $100.00 for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the basement area in advance for groups of 10 or less. For groups of 11 or more no worries. The basement will be set up automatically.

Location of property was just as described. It’s very centrally located to many different places to visit in the COS area and surrounding areas. Very well stocked with kitchenware for all cooking needs. Backyard has a beautiful Mountain View.

We had a great stay at this well-lit and comfortable home in Colorado Springs. The house was clean and thoughtfully set up for guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made things very convenient for our family. There were also plenty of linens and towels provided, which we appreciated.The rain shower in the master bathroom was especially relaxing and a nice touch after long days of exploring.The basement was a great bonus space—spacious and perfect for relaxing. We did notice a few outdoor critters that found their way into the basement, which is something to be aware of, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience.One of the highlights was the view of Pikes Peak—absolutely beautiful and a great backdrop to our stay. The home is definitely family-friendly, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere.Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. They were responsive and helpful, which made check-in and our overall stay smooth and stress-free.I would recommend this place, especially for families looking for a clean and well-located home base in Colorado Springs.

Great location within a safe neighborhood with a Walmart within minutes for all your food and forgotten items. Quick to respond when messaged. Two families fit perfectly with the 4 kids sharing the bunk rooms.

Just like home

We were visiting my Daughter and her family. We also had our Son and his family fly in as well. It’s not often we all get to be together so this was a very nice treat for the entire family to be able to be together and feel comfortable. The house was spacious and cozy. The backyard is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need. The house was very clean and tidy as well.

Nice Home

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was overall clean although there was an insect problem that we contacted the owners about immediately. We had paid $100 through Venmo to the owners to utilize the basement and since most of the moths and spiders were coming from the basement, the owners returned the $100 promptly. There were many moths in the showers that we had to remove ourselves daily. They did offer to have exterminators come the next day, but since we would be sightseeing and our things would be there we declined their kind offer. We did have difficulty using the dryer. All 4 of us attempted to keep the dryer running but it would shut off after several minutes. We did not contact the owner regarding this since we would be out and about sightseeing and didn’t want to have to stay for a repairman to fix the dryer. I have no doubt the owners would have offered to have this looked at. Overall it was a lovely stay and it was within an hour and a half of all sights we wanted to see. Most were just a half hour away. Check out was easy. We just needed to run the dishwasher, strip the beds and put the sheets and pillowcases in the laundry room and make sure all remotes were back in their proper place. I would recommend this home for a stay in Colorado Springs! We had a great time and thank the owners for sharing their home with us.

Great house south of CO Springs

We had a group of 8 ranging from 17 to 55 and found the house to be a perfect size. The finished basement was great to have for our larger party. The back & side yard is really large. There are multiple options for enjoying the great CO Springs weather. I definitely recommend this location for a large family.

Clean, well maintained property. Quiet neighborhood. easy access to main roads. Owners treated us very well. 5 year old daughter had a bad weekend and broke two different items in the house, the owners billed us for the items but not their own inconvenience. They were great to us.
