Sala de estar y comedor formal para asientos adicionales y entretenimiento. Segundo piso dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, bañera de hidromasaje, ducha azulejos italianos. Un área de oficina abierta mirando hacia abajo en la habitación familiar, baño completo adicional con bañera / ducha. Segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. Tercer dormitorio con cama doble. Sótano recientemente terminado con dormitorio completo (cama de matrimonio) y baño. Sala de teatro con sonido envolvente, de cuero seccional (w / reina sofá cama), mini cocina con microondas, fregadero, mini-nevera y cafetera. Bonus: Rec área con mesa de ping-pong. Great host and good communication. Five adults and 4 kids stayed comfortably in this house. Plenty of necessities available. Weather was warmer than expected so bring extra fans if you're hot natured. Fans were included in each room. Take the kids socks off inside so stairs aren't so slippery.

So glad you enjoyed our home! No worries about having to get on the road early and not starting the dishwasher! I was able to pick up the water bottles and Starbucks cup left on the deck too. The items in the fridge were not a problem and the foam mattress in the living room was put away too. Thanks again for choosing our home for your mountain stay!

Garden of the Gods Beautiful Home

Extremely clean beautiful home with a wonderful Mountain View. Our entire family felt so comfortable here inside and out and the small children (ages 2 and 4) really enjoyed the outdoor play area. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and would love and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The backyard was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the playground and we enjoyed the views and the deck. The entire house was very clean and everything was there that we could ever need. Highly recommend!

Great Home to stay in COS

Reserved this property for many family members for college graduation. Clean, well stocked kitchen and bedrooms, multi floor use, well manicured back patio and yard. Very easy and exactly like it was advertised.

Great House Near Garden of the Gods

We had a great stay for our visit to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and rafting in the Royal Gorge. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need and in a great location. The teens loved the lower level rec room that had air hockey, ping pong, and a large TV.

Amazing white Christmas

We had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and exactly as described! Our kids enjoyed playing ping pong and watching movies in the theater room! We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Thanks Wendy for allowing us to stay in your amazing home 😀

Memorial day stay

Our family came in from 4 states for a family wedding. This home was perfect for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed & we enjoyed the back deck for several of our meals. Our granddaughter enjoyed the swing set & we all enjoyed the game room. It was a perfect location for doing some site seeing while we were in Colorado. We would definitely recommend this home for a family stay.

Family of 9. Grandparents to 3 yr old. Lots of room. Outside play set & patio…wonderful…no bugs & cool mornings. Wild life sightings. Great time doing activities from Denver to Cripple Creek.

Love the location!

We loved the location of this home. Felt very safe for our kids and they enjoyed the backyard and the short walk to a park/ playground. The house was very clean and had great space for everyone. The only reason this home is getting 4 stars is because it was uncomfortably hot during the day because the A/C wasn’t working properly.

Great location

Very, very comfortable with a great location. Kitchen had an amazing amount of appliances, cookware and dinnerware. We didn’t use the outdoor patio because our evenings were at a relative’s nearby home and days were filled with local hiking and other activities. We had a problem with the security system but owner remedied our issue.

Excellent location

The location of the house was great, minutes from everything. Wonderful house with everything you need. The kids loved the ping pong table. The beds were very comfortable. My wife and I have a king size bed but we slept fine in the master queen. I won’t even look for another place to stay, we will try to book this one again when we return to Colorado Springs. Troy and Wendy were very accommodating for all our needs. Thanks again.

First trip to CO for our kids

My best friend and I brought our families to CO Springs for the first time and this place was in the most perfect location for everything we did! The house was great for families and had a fenced in backyard with a great play set that the kids spent a lot of time on in the evenings when we grilled and the adults enjoyed a beverage! The house is within 5 minutes from the entrance to Garden of the Gods, and less than 10 minutes to Manitou Springs! The kids really enjoyed seeing mule deer in the mountains behind the fence in the backyard in the evenings!!

Garden of the Gods Wedding

We recently stayed at Wendy's property with our family of 8 adults and two children while in town for our son's wedding which was in the Garden of the Gods, The property was very well furnished and plenty of room and conveniently located to access several sites such as Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. I would suggest taking the Cog/Train up to Pikes Peak however, the drive up can be a bit stressful and slow. but very much worth the visit. Wendys has the home decorated with several of her prints of the area scenery which were absolute gorgeous. Our two grandchildren very much enjoyed the fenced in yard with its own little playground for them. Although we didnt do any meal preparations, as we were always on the go, the kitchen was well equipment, clean and spacious. I would give the property 6 stars on a scale of 1 to 5. Thank you Wendy for sharing your property will definitely love to come back soon.

Good location--some issues with house

I gave 2 stars for the good location of the home and the fact it is nicely furnished. I took off 3 stars for the rest of the issues we had. The air conditioning was insufficient and sleeping was uncomfortable. The owners left personal items all over which made it hard to feel comfortable. (27 framed family photos, used soap/razor in shower, half eaten food, gift cards/credit cards, grocery lists). The phone rang often and we had to sign for their personal package delivery as well as talk to contractors who stopped by to repair sprinkler system. All in all, it was not relaxing and I would not stay here again.

Thanks for your review. We're so sorry your stay wasn't more relaxing and enjoyable. It seems that some of our decor interfered with making a comfortable stay -- our apologies. Our home is our full-time residency and many find it warm, inviting and comfortable. Thank you for your feedback on the A/C. We've since placed a sign next to the thermostat to indicate that in higher elevations, when HVAC units are placed below 70 degrees the condenser freezes and renders the A/C unit useless. With our unseasonably warm weather and our failure to warn our guests not to drop the thermostat below 70, created an understandably uncomfortable stay. We always have our cell phone number and that of relatives in town to handle such emergencies so that you wouldn't have to endure. This is a surprisingly low review for over 25 satisfied families who have stayed in our home and found it to be delightful. Sorry this wasn't the case for you this time. -- Troy & Wendy

The views quiet, serene environment are truly unbelievable. Many wildlife animals grace their presence in/around our house -- from deer, rabbits, and bighorn sheep on the bluff behind us.
