Wonderful place & area. Rooms were great for everything. Some doors are squeaky but that’s only negative (especially if you’re getting up in the middle of the night for bathroom) haha

Beautiful home. Very quiet with calming views of the harbor. Walking distance to many restaurants and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Cape May and the ocean beaches. I want to move here... lolThank you, Sydney!

Perfect Cape May Getaway

Sydney’s house was an excellent place for my Cape May girls weekend. It’s exactly as advertised in the listing, including the photos. The house was sparkling clean, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was ideal for cooking and hanging out. The two decks were nice to have as well. By providing beach chairs, beach towels, and garage access, Sydney went out of her way to make this a convenient stay at the shore. Location-wise, the property is just over the bridge from the mainland, walking distance to Wawa, and a quick drive to town and the beach. I highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Great home & views!

Very nice, multi-level, large home! Interior was very clean and comfortable with inviting furnishings. Terrific space with large porches & marina views! Highly recommend!

Great escape to the Cape

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean , comfortable, beautiful views of the marina . Everything we needed for our stay was there. I would highly recommend this property. Owner was very responsive and alerted us to all the information we needed.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and had such a nice time in Cape May. The house is so nice and accommodating for larger groups. Sydney was flexible and helpful for us. Highly recommend

New Years at Cape May

originally rented the house for 8 adults, however, 2 were unable to come. House most comfortably fits 6 unrelated adults - would have felt crowded with more. Very nice house, fairly new, so in good condition and very clean when we arrived. Excellent communication with property management. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook for large group. We were told to bring our own linens/towels which we did, however, never thought of blankets - and there were only thin summer quilts on the beds - and this was December. Lots of steps, which may have been listed in description (but I missed) so a bit difficult for seniors, carrying everything up - we survived and had a nice time at the house.

We had a great relaxing visit.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. We were celebrating our upcoming 45th wedding anniversary with all of our kids and grandchildren. We had plenty of room to spread out and we liked the layout of the bedrooms and available bathrooms. As promised, we had a beautiful sunset. A special surprise is that the garage was super huge and we had absolutely no trouble fitting all 4 of our cars. The location was perfect for our family - close enough to town and the ocean and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Sidney was very friendly and we didn't have to contact him for anything while we were there. It went perfectly. I definitely would recommend this house for a family trip.

Labor Day Getaway

It was very nice to get away for Labor Day this year and we were pleased to be in a house rather than a hotel room. Having a full kitchen and mulitple bathrooms proved very helpful. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Cape May

The house was beautiful as was the location. The garage was pretty large and was very convenient since there was no parking on the Marina. We had a little issue with the front door lock but it worked out since we entered though the garage entrance. The twin beds pull out was difficult to pull out but we made it work and moved around. Sydney was responsive and understanding when we notified her. Neighbors were friendly and quite as was the whole Marina. Overall a great home and a great time.

Wonderful stay!

A great home in Cape May! The property was just as the photos showed - beautifully decorated and clean. Sydney was wonderful to work with - super accommodating when we had to switch dates and very quick to respond or help with any questions. Would definitely recommend! We were a multigenerational stay with some discerning customers and everyone was beyond delighted. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Cape May Marina stay

Very nice property, great views and new interior. Upside-down living, no elevator but several sets of stairs to the third floor living especially if you have an old adult with you. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Takes about 18-20 minutes to walk to Washington Street Mall. Drive to beaches. Limited beach chairs. Would have liked to know that sup boards where not available ahead of time so we could have rented some. Overall a good stay at a nicely decorated and comfortable home!!! 👍🏻

Family Getaway

This house worked perfectly for our family. Sydney was very good with answering questions and giving check in instructions. The view of the harbor and sunsets were so pretty and relaxing after a busy day. We rented linins from the linin ladies, I highly recommend. We will be back hopefully next year.

Amazing Stay in Cape May

I promise I didn't try to rhyme the title, but oh well. The property is absolutely beautiful! Pictures are spot on. Sydney was immediately responsive whenever I had any questions. The open floor plan of the kitchen and seating area made the larger family meals for a wedding visit perfect. And thank you thank you thank you for the AC! Our late August visit was very humid and my family kept thanking me for picking a place with AC! The garage was also enormous. We were able to fit a Tahoe and an Expedition side by side in the garage with no problem. Great home and great host!

Beautiful stay

Spacious and Comfortable

This rental is a beautiful home with lovely views of the marina. The owner was very responsive by email and text. There was occasional construction noise in the community, but overall a very comfortable and relaxing home. The listing says bedroom 5 has two twin beds, but it was actually one king bed, which made our linen rentals and room arrangments incorrect. However, we worked it out. There were also a few technical problems including our phone chargers burning out one evening due to an unknown electrical issue, but the owner offered to send an electrician to the house. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Beautiful New House on the Marina

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It’s a beautiful decorated new home on the marina. Beautiful sunset views. Kids loved walking on the docks and fishing. Kitchen is pretty much fully stocked. I would suggest adding more cutlery, like steak knives and a few more bigger cutting knives. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Check-in was super easy as it was keyless. I asked Sydney if we could drop off a cooler of food before check-in and she was very accommodating. She also notified me that we were able to check in an hour earlier which was great. Our biggest reservation about the place is that there was no grill. I feel like every shore house needs a barbecue grill especially in the summer. Other than that, I highly recommend this house!

New Years on the Marina!

We had an amazing stay at Sydney’s property at the Cape May Marina! Sydney was very easy to communicate with and check in/out process was very smooth. The house is beautiful, brand new & clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We had a little issue with hot water in the master suite but Sydney sent maintenance over to fix the issue on NYE. The neighborhood is still being developed so there’s some construction going on but it really didn’t bother us. It’s also close enough to town to walk to the main center, about 25 minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend it!
