Your getaway awaits you! This 3 bedroom and 2 full bath Holiday Valley condo is steps away from the Snowpine Lift and the Holiday Valley Golf Course. Enjoy a day skiing in the winter, a golf outing in the summer & all the village of Ellicottville offers at any time of the year!

This 1 level condo is the perfect getaway for families, friends or couples! The condo has 3 private bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom is an en-suite. One Guest room has 2 bunk beds. The other Guest room is a full size bottom bunk, twin top bunk & has a twin size trundle. A PackNPlay and high chair are stored in a closet for guest use. A washer and dryer are also available within the condo.

A Smartphone is required for accessing the condo. Access is only provided to the individual and phone number on the booking reservation.

Great ski in/out

Cozy spot next to the slopes. Have been coming for 3 years with the family and everyone loves it. Condo has all the amenities and great family room for a fire and hanging out.

Very comfortable stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. My girls loved the bunk beds and all of the furnishings were modern and clean. In addition to being handsome, the owner was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a good time during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Family ski weekend

Holiday Valley Snowpine Village Stay

This was our first time in Joseph’s 3BR condo, having stayed a number of years in 2BR condos in area. It was well appointed, w, and very comfortable. The large square kitchen stone table was great for gathering and games. The beds were very comfortable (even the bunks) with cozy bedding and fresh pillows/towels. Everything you need in a compact designed space perfect for 6-8. We recommend his place highly and would stay again!!

Location and communication were Terrific. The unit is good /clean -kitchen is well stocked but could benefit with updated lighting -dark in work areas. Overall good ski in ski out location.

Nice weekend stay

The stay was nice. The host was available for questions and issues getting in initially. The place was nice and had what we needed. It’s not a 5 star clean/cozy/homey - but it works. The queen bed was not comfortable and the electric baseboard made popping noises a lot so a bit annoying to sleep and woke us up in the morning. The one bathroom door doesn’t open fully since the toilet is in the way. In bedrooms, to turn on lights you need to turn the lamp switch if it worked or if that was broken then plug the lamp into the wall. Dirty in corners or in between furniture and walls, and in certain kitchen cabinets. Again, the stay definitely works, but not a 5 star in our opinion.

Great property

We stayed at this property for a long weekend. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had very nice decor. The beds were super comfortable, and the blankets were amazing!! The shuttle service to the lodge was convenient.

Great week at Holiday Valley

We were a group of 10 - grandparents and parents (6) and young children (4) wanting to ski and hang out with each other over 5 weekdays. It was a big group for this 3 BR condo but it was super convenient for trading off skiing and childcare roles. This unit is ski-in/ski-out for adults but not for two 4 y.o.'s who were just learning to ski. We drove them to the beginner area. Condo worked well for children, who were kept occupied with Octonauts when all else failed. Two powder days were a bonus. Holilday Valley is amazing, given that the vertical is only 750'. Great variety, great lifts, etc

Great place to stay!

This was our first time to visit Holiday Valley. Our trip was a great success and we had a great time largely due to the location and accommodations of this unit.

Great Condo for a Family/Great Location

The Condo was clean, had all of the necessities, and nicely decorated. Well arranged to make the best use of space. Very nice location for our family of 5 with easy access directly to the lift and a short drive to town. Joseph was immediately responsive to a few issues we had with the garbage disposal and lock for the ski locker and they were dealt with immediately. Thank you for a nice ski weekend in your property.

Amazing ski on / ski off

This property was perfect for our ski weekend! Spent the weekend on and off the slopes with the easy access to a chair lift right outside the back door.

Perfect for a ski weekend

Everything was just as expected, check in and check out couldn't have been easier! Ski in/ski out was perfect for the kids to be able to enjoy the mountain with a little bit of independence.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Wonderful, accommodating host and easy check in and check out process. Unit well equipped, clean, comfortable, easy walk to the ski slopes, short drive to town. Our children loved the bunk rooms and never wanted to leave!
