Unfortunately, none of the concerns you raised were brought to our attention during your stay. Had we known, we would have done everything possible to address them promptly, including having our team come inspect them. We did attempt to communicate with you and sent over our contact information, but it appears that message was ended up in a spam folder but you never told us you sent anything either how we were communicating. We genuinely wish you had reached out during your visit, a simple message would have allowed us to investigate and resolve any issues right away. The only item documented was a photo of water on the floor, and we take that seriously. However, the rest of your claims are not supported by any factual evidence on our end. We care deeply about guest satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a great experience for all future travelers.
