Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, GA. Our 5 bedroom lake home overlooks the quiet, peaceful waters of Rocky Creek. Complete remodel, 3,400 sq ft with all new furniture, linens, and bedding. Property is located on the South side of Lake Sinclaire 10 minutes from Downtown Milledgeville and 15 minutes from all major retailers. Great dock, deep water perfect for any boat. We have made many great memories here and would love to share it with others.

Vacation 2024

This lake house was spectacular! The location was great, 20 minutes to grocery store, or shopping. Gas stations are close by as well if you need gas or odd/ends! The house was clean and roomie. Washer and dryer was also a plus. The host was very helpful with any questions we had on the property or on the lake. Overall the stay was excellent!!

Summer Splash at the Lake

The property is located close to town and on a great section of the lake. Many homes on Lake Sinclair are 30+ minutes to town. Nearby boat ramp was never crowded all week. The back porch is a great location to hang out, eat, and spend time with family. Two main living rooms allowed the adult kids to have their own space! We spent most of our time on the water boating and kayaking - as mentioned, the property is on a great part of the lake with less traffic and plenty of space.

Great Weekend

Place was great for what we needed. Big living areas for hanging out, large porch and yard. Plenty of parking. Beautiful view of the lake and easy to get to.

Great Lake stay!

Al was a pleasure to work with. Great communication and made check in a breeze. Beautiful property with plenty of space for our party of 10. Great dock space to park our pontoon rental and for swimming. Quiet cove with lots of privacy. We hope to be back!

Great gathering site for old college friends

Seven 70’s graduates (and spouses) from nearby Georgia College meet yearly to reconnect. This house was perfect for that purpose. I believe that the house was nice in terms of maintenance and upkeep but clearly Al’s cleaning crew had some issues. I have rented vacation homes from Colorado to Key West and Al’s house had it going on. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, the indoor spaces were spacious. But the porches drew us each day. Large, comfortable furniture, enough chairs for a crowd, and a stunning view. We’ll be back in a year or two.

Great Lake House

The lake house was clean and well kept. It's clear the owners care about the property and the guests who stay there! We had 10 guests ranging in age from 2 to late 60s and all had a great time. Fantastic lake and location for swimming, fishing and recreation! We caught a large catfish right off the end of the dock, paddle boarded to our hearts content, boated, jetskied, roasted marshmallows by the fire, and enjoyed a few amazing sunrises from the deck. We recommend!

All three generations of our family had a great time. Beautiful location, house stocked with everything you might need, owner was super kind and extremely responsive to communicate. We have rented houses for the last 15 years and this is by far the best experience we ever had. Thanks, Al!!

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed 5 days at Al’s lovely lake home. We also stayed several years back with different owners and two of our three kids learned to swim off the dock. It was nice then, but a nice new dock and stairs to the porch have just been completed. The GSU and nautical decor made us feel right at home. We docked my brother’s large boat just fine after the dockmates were installed. The water is clear and deep and we spent every day swimming, boating, and jumping off the dock. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be back again!

This property is beautiful and so close to the gem of a town Milledgeville.

The owner is so kind and communicative and genuinely wanted to help us have a good stay! The property is beautiful and definitely best fit for a family looking for a quiet get away to a small town and a house with a beautiful view!
