Awesome location in Savannah's Historic District! This carriage house apartment has a compact designer kitchen and ultra stylish furnishings. Private garage parking for 1 small car below the rental is an added luxury!
Steps from dining, shopping and tourist landmarks. King size bed + single cot pullout chair for person #3 if needed in living room.

Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91" wide and 83" tall. If your vehicle is large the street parking is free to the public on this block.

On this site there is a no refund policy but we offer premium travel insurance through CSA Generali as an add on to your booking to protect you from unforseen covered reasons that prevent travel.

Note that the patio is shared between 3 units at this Triplex building. There is no shared indoor space

Property has an outdoor camera above patio and a camera in the garage.

The house is decorated cute and well appointed but wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. The bedding was wrinkled and stained. The towels smelled sour as soon as they got wet. The fan in the bedroom sounds awful. The pull down shades in the bedroom let a ton of light in in the morning and don’t give as much privacy as you would want at night. It needs a full length mirror.

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Savannah. Convenient location. Very clean with a good kitchen set up. The bed was like a dream. A genuine King memory foam that would make Goldilocks proud. And a private garage for a small to medium sized car tops it off. You'll have no regrets staying here.

Everything was clean and charming. We could walk everywhere. The bed was very comfortable!The one improvement I would make is for the cleaning service to dry the bath towels 100% so they don't have a mildew odor.

This was our first time in Savannah. The house was amazing, exactly as described. Perfect size for two, loved the decor and the bed was very comfy! The location was spot on as we walked everywhere from the River walk to Leopold’s ice-cream. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, well located spot, I highly recommend. We will definitely book again if we come back!

We loved our stay. It provided everything needed for a home away from home. It was very clean & well maintained. It was a quiet area and the bed was comfortable. We were able to walk all over & enjoy all of the beauty downtown has to offer. We did take the Old Town Trolley tour one day. We stayed on & rode it 3 times to hear all of the historic information. That helped us navigate our own walking explorations the rest of the time we were there. We ate at several restaurants & never had a bad experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only thing is actually finding the location since it isn't clearly marked on the garage door. Instructions were provided, but it took us about 3 times around the block to find it! I am sure it was just our user error! The other item to be prepared for is the small garage. It was a WONDERFUL bonus. But it is for smaller vehicles and was a little bit of a challenge getting our car in there with the width of the alley/street. Neither of those are complaints - just little bits of information. Otherwise, it is a perfect stay for 2 people!

Short stay in the heart of Savannah

Great place to stay. In a reasonable walking distance to all the hot spots of Savannah. Very easy communication and a great place to stay for a couple with a younger child.

Beautiful little carriage house--clean, close to everything, private, and comfortable. Communication was fast and excellent! I was alone and felt very safe the whole time. Parking is a biiiit tight, but I can honestly say now that I've parked here I believe I can park anywhere on this planet and I needed that confidence.

This place was absolutely perfect and the garage was an added plus! We had a Mazda CX-50 for a rental car and it fit perfectly! If we come back to Savannah we will definitely be staying here again!!

Excellent!

I stayed for 4 days while working in Savannah. The apartment was exactly as described. The instructions were right on and helpful. My trip got extended and I wanted to stay in the apartment but it was booked...bummer. The location is quiet and convenient. The garage parking was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, cute townhouse in a great location

Great location, very walkable distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Place was clean and decorated nicely. Garage was nice to have. It is small as the listing states, so we opted to use the free street parking. Easy check-in/check-out.

Perfect Location

Loved our trip to Savannah and the place we stayed was close enough to downtown to make it a short drive and far enough away to avoid the crowds. Easy check in/out and clean.
