This breathtaking new ground level apartment is in the heart of the Historic District. Enjoy gorgeous designer finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. If you have a larger car then you will need to use public street parking which is free within the 1 block radius.

The apartment was very clean and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do but the tenants upstairs kept us up most nights because of the noise of them walking around. It sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at one point.

The apartment was in a great location, easily walkable to most places but also right on the "DOT" free bus line that goes around the historic district. Although we didn't even try to park in the garage, street parking was readily available. the apartment was clean with pretty much new everything, with well stocked kitchen equipment and essentials like spices, coffee and oil.The two downside comments would be that the young girls above us for the weekend were quite loud and although they appeared to be normal sized people one of them walked like a pregnant water buffalo LOL. I can't hold that against the owners though.The other issue was the cleaning crew did not clean the toilet after the last guests. I'm sure that was an oversight, but.....

From the moment we walked i was in love with this place. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located and we walked everywhere. It had many food places near by. We had an issue with the AC and as soon as I let them know they had someone out there to fix it. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleep! We would stay here again!!

The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located within walking distance from major downtown/historic hot spots. We even took a day trip to Tybee, which is only a 20-25 minute drive. The parking garage was a plus, but does limit you to a small-mid sized vehicle in order to fit.The only downside is the occasional apartment noise. We had to get up early for a flight. Guests above us got home at midnight and stayed up until after 2 a.m. We could hear everything from footsteps back & forth, toilets flushing and conversation which made for a short night's sleep. This also happened earlier in the week. Outside of that, the apartment was very nice and well stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable week in Savannah.

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The unit was well stocked and beautiful, just as pictured. The courtyard in back was peaceful.The location was great-a few blocks to one of the one/off trolly stops. Easy parking on street. Will definitely look to stay at another Savannah Luxury Rental!

It is very clean and well done. The location was great, my husband and I walked everywhere. The hairdryer was not working and they were very accommodating and got us a new one. The only thing that could have been better is they just had 2 relatively small towels. We would have liked at least one more towel. We would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The place was very clean and truly felt like a home away from home! The only downside to the property is that you can hear every single movement made from the people above, so just take that into consideration when booking. We would definitely stay again!
