The Space Our condo is curated especially for comfortable extended stays, whether it be for business or leisure. We’ve just updated the kitchen and bath with brand new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Newly installed wood-look tile floors, and retro black and white tiled bathroom. Super cozy beds outfitted with crisp 100% cotton sateen sheets, 100% Egyptian cotton towels, fully equipped kitchen, bar height dining table also doubles as a workstation, comfy Crate and Barrel couch, 200Mbps wifi throughout, and a binge-watch ready smart TV. Although there is no washer or dryer in the unit, the condo complex has a convenient coinless laundry facility within walking distance of the unit.
Centrally located, you can get around Austin super easily from here. A youthful, diverse city vibe, close to Austin Community College, Q2 Austin Football Club Stadium, shopping and dining at the Domain, St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, you’ll be close to where it all happens. It really is a cozy place without any of the hotel feel you'll get at other extended stay options.
I used to live in this condo community and love the lively atmosphere and convenience to everything I love about Austin...good food, outdoors and nature, live music, amazing art and culture and good people! Just a note: please keep in mind that this condo complex is a multifamily residence with neighbors sharing walls. Ours is a community of young college students and professionals, situated near to the community college and hospital, so things can get noisy sometimes.
This condo is on the ground floor, although there are a few steps leading up to it.
Parking is available for two vehicles in an open parking lot. Parking tags are required with a $50 fee per tag and are given on condition of a signed lease and completed background check. Towing is regularly enforced.

Running our rental properties not only allows me to continue working as an artist, but it also allows me to show hospitality to guests from all over the world, which I love! When you stay at one of our properties, you'll not only get to stay in a place I've personally decorated for comfort and beauty, but you will also be well cared for.
Guest Access A vehicle is recommended to get around, however, Uber, Lyft and Ride Austin are available. There is also a Capital Metro bus stop within walking distance and the Light Rail station isn't far. There is parking available in the parking lot (parking tags will be provided upon receiving your signed lease and background check) and additional guest parking. You'll get a key code to the front door, can just let yourself in and the place is all yours!

Contactless check-in! You'll get a private, unique-to-you code for the door and be able to arrive whenever is convenient to you after 4pm, and come and go as you wish. We'll be a quick phone call or text away, but there's no need to ever lay eyes on us!
For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets...breeds, if they are taking flea and tick preventative, and if they are house and crate trained. There is a $200 deposit per pet, 50% refundable if no pet damage.
There is absolutely no smoking permitted in our condo. If evidence of smoking or vaping are detected by housekeeping, you will be charged a $500 fee.
Because we often have same day turnovers, there will be a late check out fee of $150 when housekeeping arrives and guests are not yet checked out. If guests remain 1 hour past check out time, a full day's rate will be charged.
We ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.
