WALK to restaurants, lighthouse and shops! Charming cottage, cozy & bright!

Cottages at Neptune Way #3 is the perfect spot for a couples getaway! Located just steps from the SSI village with shops, restaurants, and the lighthouse! Stroll to the pier, Neptune park pool and playground, or bike to the beach! Spray the sand off at our outside shower then hang out on the shared patio. This unit is one of 3 cottage apartments on one property.

The property is a 1930's bungalow that has been fully renovated and split into 3 cottages with beautiful finishes for a high-end experience and the location is EVERYTHING! Here you will be able to walk 1 block over to the village shops and restaurants and 3 blocks to walk by the ocean and visit the lighthouse. This property is set on a quiet street tucked between a park with gorgeous oaks (photo-moment!) and on the other side the start of the village/pier area to walk to local shops and restaurants.

The main beach is just a short 3 minute drive, but we recommend renting bikes or a (street legal) golf cart for the ultimate island experience. You will love your stay at the Cottages at Neptune Way. We hope to host you soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage on Saint Simons. The unit was excellent—cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, within easy walking distance to the lighthouse and several great restaurants (just a two-minute walk away). The area felt safe, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The weather was perfect, and spending time on the porch was absolutely therapeutic—so peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway and would love to stay here again!

Cozy and Cute

What a charming and cozy cottage! The space is ideal for one or two guests. The owners were incredibly responsive, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee and snacks were a delightful bonus!

Perfection!

This cottage is perfect. Centrally located to the center of town. You can walk everywhere. It is compact. We didn’t want to spend a tremendous amount of time indoors so this perfect. The courtyard is perfect for mornings coffee or evenings conversation.The bed was comfy. Highly recommend for 2-3 people.

Perfect space for a couple. Cottage was just as described in the VRBO listing. Very convenient with plenty of restaurants, shops, lighthouse, and the pier well within walking distance of this cottage.Beautifully decorated.

Ideal location

This little unit has everything we needed. The owner provided so nice treats and coffee upon arrival. Couldn’t beat the location or the charming neighborhood.

Great Location!

We so enjoyed our stay on SSI. This cottage was a perfect location to shops, restaurants and all our needs. The host was fantastic! We will be back next year around same time and we will definitely book this place again!

Great location for walking dine, sight see,shop. Wash/dryer is a combo takes a long time to dry so plan. Firepit/yard lovely but no propane for pit.

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. Very nice interior and outdoor space. Walk to tons of shops and restaurants. We rented bikes, went kayaking and found some super great hikes. Rental owner was very easy to contact.

Great experience

Overall, this was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway in December before all of the holiday crazy hits! We parked Friday night and didn’t have to drive again until we left Sunday. The location is very central and in walking distance to almost everything in town. The cabin was clean, homey and great for my husband and I. We highly recommend it and are grateful for the experience!

Last trip of the season

This was our second time on the island. This property is in a beautiful neighborhood within two blocks of eateries and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely accommodations and island!

My family and I found this gem last minute as we were evacuating from Florida during Hurricane Milton. It was the best find and blessing in disguise we could have ever imagined in a scary time. Our host was kind, accommodating and communicative. The location is amazing and convenient - walkable to restaurants, shops and parks. The interior decor is adorable and it was wonderful to have a little kitchenette during our stay. We fell in love with SSI and can’t wait to come back soon… hopefully not thanks to a mandatory evacuation! Ha!
