This 2-story 2000+ sf space is priced less than ONE hotel ROOM in Malibu! BEST VALUE in town.

This beach farm style house is feathered with amazing ocean view, Chef’s kitchen, 4 beds and 3 full baths with tubs, outdoor spa, enclosed yard, outdoor BBQ and dining area, and plenty of free parking space!

The garage of the property is in our office use. It has its own separate entry. This listing is exclusively used by guests with complete privacy, and housekeeping service is provided upon request.

This 6-acre property is divided in 3 parts: front guest suite, this listing and garage.

Front guest suite is used by different guest. This listing is 90% of the property and is exclusively used by you, and the garage is with separate entry and is in our office use. No one has access to your listing. You have full access to the kitchen, backyard, 4 bedrooms, patios and living room with FULL privacy.

In our 1st floor, a full cook’s kitchen offers a 10-seat dining area, stainless gas stove oven, stainless double door refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, cups and plates etc. An open and spacious living room presents modern leather sofas and tasteful display of vintage Malibu pictures, 50” Smart TV, offering guests a cozy environment to hang out. Stepping out the patio door, a private yard offers a large outdoor sitting area, 6-seat hot tub that’s ready for you to enjoy, and 5-burner BBQ. Living indoor and outdoor is always Malibu lifestyle!

The 2nd floor offers 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms with tubs, and terrace offers 180 degrees ocean view. Each room offers cloth hanging space, sitting space and their own exquisite view.

Malibu Farmhouse has the following beds arrangement:
- Master bedroom has 1 King bed.
- 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed.
- 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen Bed.
- 4th room has 1 Queen bed and kitchenette, and bathroom.
- self-floating Air mattress is available upon request.

This beautiful home is located in a private road called Galahad and quiet neighborhood, minutes away from the beach and restaurants. Venture a little further down the road, and you'll find wineries, trails for hiking and plenty of stores for shopping.

great location. lockbox info was wrong

everything was good. check-in info given to us was wrong. Wrong Phone # of contact. Wrong lockbox code. otherwise, great.

Rodents without resolution

Not clean, ants everywhere, and a mouse in the bathroom. Plus we knew it was a "connected" property but we could hear the other visitors through the walls. Property manager was nice, but we had to move out due to not wanting to expose our toddler and infant to rodents and fumigating spray. Despite following up regularly for weeks after our Labor Day stay, and multiple promises the manager would "talk to the owners tomorrow" we still don't have the partial refund we requested.

Lot's of space for multigeneration family

Loved the jacuzzi, the ocean views and all the space in the house. One of the bedrooms did not have full walls (open to hallway) so we had make adjustments to our room assignments. Overall a great place. Ruby was very quick to respond to all our questions.

Good not great

It was expensive for what we got. Bedrooms and kitchen were nice enough but the upkeep of the exterior is not great. The outside furniture was filthy, some windows had cracked glass and one bedroom window had a broken crank so you couldn't easily open or shut it. That being said, it's minutes from the beach, well stocked and the host was very responsive.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE

As my thirty-something sons walked in they were so excited to be in the house - it's like a big farmhouse - with tons of rooms and bathrooms and a huge kitchen! Wow and Awesome - is what they were saying. The oceanview is spectacular (when it's not fogged over) and they loved the jacuzzi and the comfy couch in the back next to it. The TV worked great with both Netflix and YouTube (we were searching for how-to vids for surfing). Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms well stocked and my bed was very comfortable. Great location - easy to find with your excellent directions.

Beautiful view and perfect location for the price

Just had a fantastic weekend staying at the Malibu Farmhouse. I highly recommend It for families or a group getaway. It’s a beautiful place for the price, and has top notch communication with the hosts. Will definitely visit again!

Hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation are the top priority of our listings! What you claimed was not true. You saw a tiny sand in the staircase and complaint about it, I immediately offered our cleaning crew to come back to clean, you said no. Then I offered to do a whole cleaning of the whole house while you are on the beach, you said no again! I don’t know what you are insisting on if it’s not clean as you claimed! Please check out our reviews, we are a super host which means we have done a good job and our guests love our listings.
