Home is older but functional and fun and ideal for families or couples with pets. Kit. is stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, etc. No add. fees if you clean up. No large groups or loud party’s. Second Stay

We stayed at the Cactus Glen for the first time about a month ago. We thoroughly enjoy this property and its amenities. We especially appreciate that our dog is welcome and secure on the property.

Relaxing and private

Awesome place, comfortable and private. Exactly what we needed while staying in PHX. Owner is available should you need anything, house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Easy check in and out. Great time, thank you.

Great location and great house

Was great to have a pool table, ping pong table and pool to relax with in our spare time. Kids loved it there and there was no issues. There was a tv in every room including outside by the pool! Owner was sure to check in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Awesome value!

My family thoroughly enjoyed the Cactus Glen! We stayed for a long weekend and didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the activities available. Brian was very responsive to my inquiries. The house is a little dated but overall VERY comfortable and well-equipped. We expect to stay again and soon!

Perfect for Families

We have stayed in Scottsdale quite a bit. This is the best place we have stayed in a while. The house has comfy beds, plenty of personal amenities and creature comforts. We also really appreciated the investment in family activities. We had a nightly ping pong and pool challenges. With afternoon swimming games for everyone. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the property and quick responses. Great place - I highly recommend!

Perfect house for our group

We had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for our grown family! It was very easy to get to so many places both north and south of this location. The covered area, pool table, ping pong table and grill all got a good work out with our family members. We all enjoyed having the pool and beautiful yard to hang out in. Brian is a very responsive host and even had apples, tangerines, a pineapple and melons on the kitchen table!

Room to spread out!

We came up to Phoenix from Tucson for a work-related event and wanted our adult children to come but were unsure of their work schedules so we wanted a place that could accommodate them +1 if possible and which would provide enough space for people to move around and feel like they had some private space as well. This house was perfect for that. Plenty of different areas with things to do / places to hang out, beds were huge (all kings) and comfortable with soft bedding, plenty of storage safe, and the yard was very private and quite large - perfect for pets.

The pictures do not do this romantic oasis justice!

This was an absolutely phenomenal stay. It was a few hundred dollars cheaper then all the surrounding areas and saw great reviews. The pictures on here almost look old fashioned, the property is not. Inside it’s a romantic / family friends ambiance with more space then you would’ve expected. All comforts from your own home and then some. Games of horse shoe, ping pong, and pool, along with a big screen in every single room- it can’t get better. From the master bedroom you can walk right out to the pool. The pool is clean, well maintained, and deep for fun games. Dinners out on the patio were amazing. Not to mention, location- everything is everywhere. Groceries, bars, restaurants, clothes, anything you can think of is within a 5-10 min drive. I could go on and on about this property but you need to come see it for yourself! Gorgeous. We are from Denver and will definitely be coming out for weekend trips just to spend time there. Amazing! Brian was available for any questions and super accommodating! We can’t really see ourselves going anywhere else coming back to the area :)

As described

I rented here for the main purpose that it allowed my dog, and it had a fence around the pool so she would not be able to go swim. My daughter rented a house near by that was new and bright and boho.BUT, everyone wanted to hang out here because of the ping pong, ring & hook game, outdoor tv and citronella candles, corn hole, good size dining table for cards, and the dogs could be on grass. The house is outdated, dark, and personal items throughout, but the add did state this I felt. We did not use the pool table or bikes, only 1 bedroom was used., which was adequate. This rental is all about the pets & having fun!

Perfect place & location

This was my 3rd stay and it was as great as the previous 2 times. My dogs love the house and yard. Brian is great and it makes staying here so pleasant.

Perfect place & location

Love the one-story layout and ceramic and hardwood floors. Spacious kitchen plus breakfast nook and great room. TV's everywhere including outdoors. Great pool and yard. Like that the pool is fenced as I have dogs. Location is ideal wot all of North Scottsdale, Kierland, Scottsdale quarters, shopping and great restraurants.

Great property and great manager

We had a wonderful experience at the house. It was really nice to have the pool, ping pong table, and pool table available to us. It’s a great location and the property manager was very prompt and responsive.

Loved this property!

This home was exactly as described! Beautiful pool with a bit of shade from overhangs, gorgeous kitchen, fabulous design for the master bed shower/bath, adorable kids’ room. Master bedding was super soft and very comfortable beds. Mornings provided quiet space to relax & read by the pool and hear the resident feral lovebirds chirping from their saguaro nests in the front and back yard. Perfectly close to shopping, coffee, restaurants, etc. This will be our go-to rental in Phx from now on!
