Ideal for Beach Lovers, this attractive 5th floor villa offers
exceptional Pool and Ocean Views from its own private
balcony. It is a few steps to the beach or an easy walk to
the new Low Country Celebration Park & Coligny Plaza with
more than 60 shops and restaurants. This villa includes a
large living and dining area, a modern kitchen with stainless
steel appliances, quartz counter tops & laundry area. The
Master Bedroom features a King bed with a Private bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom offers a Queen & Twin bed and Private
Hallway bath. Free Wi-Fi.

Everything was exactly as pictured and we were very happy with our stay. The location is great, just a short walk from Coligny. The oceanfront view from the top floor was beautiful. The heated pool was very warm, even though we were there in November. We would definitely come back.

Our accommodations were very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful…it was an easy walk to food, shopping and entertainment. The pool and beach were lovely as well. We would definitely consider staying here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Location is great! Property needs some updating, and if you like to keep your AC low, this location would not work for you as the lowest you can go is 70 so the AC unit doesn’t freeze up. Would also recommend updating beds in guest room.

We were very pleased with this condo and it was quiet. It was clean, had everything we needed including 2 beach chairs. It was an easy walk to the beach AND shops and restaurants.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice experience before the hurricane, in unit that wasn’t up to par on arrival. One toilet did not flush, there was the small of cat urine, and the kitchen equipment was below par. Great location, and the rental agency staff person, Serena, did what she could to take care of the problems. Hurricane at end of week, but first four days wonderful weather.

Perfect location. Needs a good cleaning.

The location was great. On the beach, walking distance to coligny. Great pool. The things we liked were the size of the condo, having a washer/dryer, a good balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The property was pretty. Issues: I complained about the condo being dusty upon arrival, and was told they would send one a cleaning person, that never happened. I side kitchen cabinets was grease and mold! The gate to the property was not securely locked, the keypad was disabled, anyone could have access to the property. The property manager was matter of fact and not pleasant.

The pool was perfect and the beach access was amazing. Everything was exactly as the listing promised. I will say to truly heed the warning about the elevator not being guaranteed because on the day we arrived it was not in service. We are in pretty good shape so carrying our luggage up 5 flights of stairs was not an issue but if we had young children or elderly parties with us it could have been a real struggle. The day we arrived our AC in the unit did not work but we called and it was fixed the same day. Overall we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great location

Very pleased with the location of this property. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly and restaurants. Everything was wonderful. Beautiful Condo. Very quiet. A couple of items we thought would enhance/better the stay: 1) A working Keurig 2)beach towels 3) having a box fan to keep cool 4)room darkening shades (lights from the courtyard shone through the shades in the evening)

Perfect Location!

This was everything I hoped it to be for a family vacation with my adult children. Shorewood’s location is perfect. The building and grounds very well kept. The condo was comfortable and the views of the ocean made it relaxing. Loved that we could rent an umbrella and chairs on the beach just off of the walkway. Truly a gem!

Great view and location

Very nice condo. Located in a great location to get to anything on the island. Decor was nice and not over done. View was outstanding and easy access to pool and beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Spring Family Trip

First things first we loved our stay. The place was great and the location in HH is amazing. There was maintenance happening in the unit and complex during our stay but the full extent of the maintenance was not communicated to us beforehand. That said, the host was very responsive and helped remedy the situation. We are happy guests and would gladly stay here again.

Very nice property and vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect! Very close to Coligny Plaza, which we walked to almost daily (coffee, groceries, shopping, etc.). Our building was in the back (ocean view) overlooking the pool and it was amazing. The unit was spacious and had most of what we needed. We did have a moldy (soap scum) shower liner in the second bath, but we called and they took care of it the same day. Only big issue was the elevator. We purposely got a top floor in an elevatored building, and it was out for over two days!! Having to haul your luggage (For a week's stay) and groceries up 80 steep steps in the heat was horrible. Tag on elevator said "planned maintenance" and we found it it goes down often. I would suggest you notify your guests in advance, and if it's going to be a problem, the should be able to switch to a lower floor. This was a major inconvenience for us. But after it was repaired, we had no further issues.

A good HHI condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good experience in unit 532. We’ve stayed 5 summers at Shorewood and love it for the overall location, security and beach front access. We stay in a different unit every year and to start with the positives, this unit has the best washer/dryer of any unit we’ve stayed in. I love being able to wash our towels/bathing suits throughout the week and I was able to pile a lot of clothes in the washer and dryer. The condo also had a nice knife set which I have found lacking in other Shorewood units. The freezer also had an ice maker, a keurig, and a foam mattress pad which was very much appreciated. The chairs and couches were also quite comfy and the sheets/bedspreads seemed newer and clean. It was rather warm in the unit upon first arrival (thermostat was locked at 70). So we asked for a box fan to be delivered and it was after a couple of days. That helped as there are no ceiling fans (or overhead lights) in the bedrooms. The full mattress in the guest room was very noisy, but adding the mattress pad helped dampen the sound. This unit is definitely a little smaller than ones we’ve stayed in in the past, but still plenty of space for our group of 5. The bathrooms could use a bit of an update and it would’ve been awesome to have a smart tv but I can live without that. Something to know about the Shorewood property is that you now have to wear wristbands to the pool (something new this summer). We forgot ours almost everyday so we didn’t spend nearly as much time at the pool as we normally do. Shorewood has also gotten really strict about parking. My mom was staying elsewhere on the island and wanted to beach with us during the day and she was not allowed to park temporarily on the property. I feel like each unit should be allowed one guest pass, considering there are ample parking spaces. Not an issue with this specific unit of course, but the property as a whole. Again, this is a nice condo option for your next vacatio

Nice condo, could be better appointed

Nice property in a perfect location, but starting to show its age a bit. Could be better appointed. Pillows and bedspread were pretty tired, palcemats were very dirty. Expected a little more in terms of “extras”. No trash bags, no napkins, no tissues, half a roll of paper towels, no sugar, etc. the little things you wouldn’t bring from home unless you were going camping. For the price I’d expect the little stuff, but we had to go buy them all the first day we arrived.

Lovely

We had a lovely stay here. This is our second stay at Shorewood. Love the location and the property itself. This specific property is very nice and has a gorgeous view of the ocean/pool which is perfect for seeing dolphins early in the morning. One complaint I have is the wristbands. The complex gives 6 wristbands that must be worn at the pool. (This is new from when we stayed at Shorewood in 2021.) I was told after the fact that we would be charged $25 for each wristband not returned at the end of our stay. The pool never checked wristbands so it honestly felt like a money grab to me. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. There was a bit of a concern that was taken care of as soon as it was possible. We were amazed that though the complex was full we did not hear a lot of noise. Very happy with our stay!

HHI getaway

The condo had almost everything we needed except a nonstick fry pan for breakfast making. One call and it arrived the next day! The sofa and chair since they are a light color could use a cleaning. We paid it forward to the next guests by leaving salt and pepper, napkins and tissues there. We were pleasantly surprised to find laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets as well. We had an awesome weather week and would love to return next year to perhaps stay longer than one week. It was also great to have the bike rentals for the week.

Girls trip

This trip was myself and my 3 daughters. We left all of the guys at home. We had an amazing time hanging at the beach, the pool and just overall relaxing. The place was great to stay at.
