Great location, beautiful view from balcony. Beach chairs available, would be an added bonus to have beach towels, and small cooler.

Nice condo but animals in the wall made for uncomfortable sleep

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean with a nice view. The first day, my son found a tic in the condo. We were glad we only had to alter our route to pool and beach one day as walking around the building with / small children, cooler, canopy, chairs etc wasn’t fun when condo was right by the walkway to pool and beach. The worst thing was hearing animals clawing in the condo walls for 3 nights making it hard to sleep as baby’s crib was near a vent. My son and children thought of leaving a day early because of animals in wall . Pest company game and set traps and thought they got in with roof repairs and were probably large rat like animals. So, heard the clawing noises for 3 nights with little sleep as concerned the animal would get out into condo or into the crib. Minus the animals in the wall, condo and complex nice with great pool area.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Best thing was the great view of the ocean. Unit was clean and well maintained. Laundry in the unit is a big plus.

It did get fixed the day we left. The toilet in the master bedroom was loose. We did get a refund that we are happy about for our elevator issues. Thank to the couple we talked about our issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location - literally 3 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pool. Parking was easy and safe. We could have never gotten in our car during the week except we wanted to go crabbing on the end of the island. Otherwise - you can walk to shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. We had 6 people - so the space was a little tight but with the balcony, plenty of tvs and the great pool deck - not to mention the great beach - we did just fine.

Couldn’t ask for more

Great location, great property, great property management. They mailed us our welcome packet which had gate and house codes, parking passes, etc. Unit was nice, grounds were great and location is awesome!

We love HHI

*the check in process was awesome - they even sent the parking passes ahead of time! *the view was gorgeous *the sitting area was cozy *the kitchen was functional *recent reviews stated there was no cable or DVD player - both were available during our stay *we had a great trip!

Yearly HHI vacation

We love the whole experience of the bike trails, the beach, the weather, the food, the people and the relaxation we find there. Sea Turtle Getaways has been very helpful over at least a decade! They are easy to contact and quick to respond! The pool was closed this vacation which we were bummed out over, (thus the 4 stars) but They gave us a heads up about the closure and got us a bit of a refund for this when I voiced my displeasure! We ended up spending more time on the beach which we always enjoy, just missed the lounge chairs, pool and hot tub!

Terrible odor from kitchen was a bad garbage disposal which was replaced 2nd day after 1st attempt of a chemical powder poured into the disposal.The master bedroom bed is shot. I slept on a twin bed in guest room. No I am not overweight.We were not there to watch TV, but the TVs are not hooked to DVD And only worked on apps with no local TV and they would not even work in bedrooms.And I don't understand not supplying Beach towels when you rent out beach front property. An arrangement was made with Sea Turtles to avoid the need to pack towels.
