Great location!

Great location, no ocean view but so close to the beach, shops and food. Pool was wonderful and grounds were well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is nice. Chairs and flooring are dated and need a deep cleaning. Location is ideal! Perfect for beautiful beach access and pleasant stroll for coffee shops and dinner spots. The swimming pool is a dream! Clean and well maintained.

great location! easy walk to pool and beach! very clean and comfortable inside. there were even beach chairs and sand toys available for us. would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The location is second to none on HHI. With easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beach it was an amazing experience. The only negatives were a few lights and switches were not working and some TV connection but Buddy was quick to have an electrician fix a ceiling fan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year we had come to Hilton Head, first time within the “southern comfort” room. The condo overall was clean, stocked with what we needed to cook, and allowed space for my husband and I, our 3 kids and my mother in law to stay (granted my 1yr old slept in a pack n play. The area is super close to the beach and shopping. We were able to door dash on nights we stayed on with no problem. We love Shorewood and the ability to be so close to the ocean and have a great pool area for the kiddos.

Overall this is a great condo, location to the beach and pool is awesome. The view is from the balcony was not much to see but we enjoyed our time.

Great location

Overall very pleased with the stay and the space. Upgrading master to a king and the secondary to two full size beds would go a long way. Also the fabric on the furniture could use attention Felt like grandmas house but that isn’t a bad thing. Love the mirrors adds a lot of visual space.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and nice. However, the beds are tiny. The master bedroom had a best a twin bed. The second bedroom had two tiny singles. More like kids beds than full size. The view is of the parking lot and the next building , not very nice. Kitchen could use some updates, lacks a few basics like a cutting board and sharp knives.

Exactly as described

This unit is great - extremely clean and well cared for. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. As stated in the description, it does not have a view of the ocean, but is more reasonably priced then those that do have the view. Location is fantastic!

Great location

This was a great location, beachfront and walkable to restaurants. The unit is a little outdated, but in good shape and very spacious. Lots of good lighting inside. First floor was convenient (even though the elevator was out of order and the nearest steps were being rebuilt) and had parking underneath the building. The balcony looks at the side of the building and the parking lot.

Selected this unit / location because of the proximity to Coligny Square & Beach. The unit was very nice & very clean. The staff at Seashore were very helpful. We left 2 swimsuits behind and were delighted with the help they provided in finding them and mailing them back to us.

Overall our stay was ok. Four days into our stay demolition started right below/beside us. It lasted all day through the end of our trip, jackhammering/drilling. We have a baby and after the first day I contacted the property manager asking when/if it was going to stop because it literally sounded like they were coming through the walls. You could not even speak at a normal tone with someone in the same room without yelling. Unfortunately, our baby did not nap well those days, which made for rough evenings on our vacation. It was not noted in the listing that construction would be taking place. If it had been I would not have booked this property because we have small children. When they responded to me they said that they were trying to contact the HOA. The next day they got back with me and said the HOA informed them that construction would continue through October 24, but demolition would be over in the next few days (which obviously wasn’t helpful to us as we checked out 2 days later). I think communication between the HOA, owners, and Seashore Vacations is lacking. We love Shorewood because of the property, spaciousness of the condos, location to coligny, and zero entry pool, but unfortunately I don’t believe we will book this condo or another with Seashore Vacations again.

130 Shorewood you’ve got potential

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at Shorewood for over ten years now. We have never had a bad experience at this location. We feel it is one of if not the best location on the island for outs convenience to Coligny and Sea Pines. The pool is wonderful and beach access is right there. Unit 130 has a two bedroom layout which is really nice. They have a bump out in the dining/ living area that creates a lot of space for family. The bedrooms are in the back and very quiet. With a few simple upgrades this unit would never be empty. The view after memorial weekend does not allow you to see the ocean or pool. But honestly- during the day at those times your not sitting at your deck- your at one of those places I just mentioned. Would recommend this unit to anyone !!!

Prime location but unit really needs updating and maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These units are in the perfect place - steps away from the beach and a very short walk to shops & restaurants. The pool is great too.The unit is pretty dated though, with carpet (at the beach??) and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The queen bed was not comfortable, there are no curtains in the rooms (just blinds) so the light from the parking lot pours into both bedrooms. The toilets are rough to flush - you have to push pretty hard for it to go. The master shower is kind of annoying to get in/out of but isn't the worst. We had to use the washer/dryer due to a toddler accident - I was very thankful there was one in the unit. The washer is quite loud though. The hall bathroom's tub really needs to be cleaned out as it drains terribly slow. And the dishwasher is in dire need of cleaning the filter - it smelled AWFUL. Dishes are 'cleaned' in there....But the location is great, the grounds are well-maintained, love that there is a garage to park, the unit is spacious, the area is quiet, and the pool is really nice.

Mattresses need updated but other than that everything was great. Location, pool beach, unit, close to Coligny.
