VILLA STONE CREEK is a thoughtfully decorated and remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 1st floor with no stairs. It is located in a prime location of Scottsdale, just steps to everything you would need. You can walk to restaurants, grocery, nightlife, etc. Hiking trails just around the corner... The condo faces the golf course with a walking/running/biking path perfect for a work-out or sunset stroll.

As you enter the condo's great room you find 2 comfortable couches facing a flat screen TV, all open to the kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. You can also dine outside on the patio! The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo and both provide a King bed, full bathroom and televisions. All 3 TV's are SMART TV's utilizing YoutTubeTV for cable services (all the normal channels you would expect); and you can also login to any online service you have (ex: Netflix, AmazonPrime, etc). The condo has an air mattress as well for an additional person to sleep max 5.

This quiet condo community offers a gym, heated pool and hot tub just a 30 second walk from the front door. You will have access to a covered reserved parking spot with additional uncovered guest parking spots.

All of this is located 15 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor Airport, 18 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and 13 minutes to Kierland. Mountain Hiking trails within 10 minutes. The public "Stone Creek Golf Clubhouse" is a 3 minute drive to tee off.

Very nice place

Create location and close to many good restaurants. The place was very clean and backed right up to the golf course. Parking was a bit far from the front door, but that’s OK. As long as you don’t have a bunch of luggage the inside was nice however the kitchen could use some ice trays and the bathroom could use a blow dryer. . Additional towels for extended stays should also be considered.. overall it was a great place

Nice location

The unit was really in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Good view of the golf course and convenient to the complex pool. Had an issue with the dishwasher but manager took care of it the next day. Only real negative is it is very difficult to close bathroom door in the master bedroom.

Started out rough, had to wait for 30 minutes to get the door lock code. Why isn't it just in the app like every other rental? Says it sleeps 5, but didn't have sheets for the pull out until I asked after the first night. Only 4 bed pillows present, only 4 sets of dishes. The was an unpleasant odor present the whole time. The place looked clean though. Convenient location for walking to dining and grocery store. Lots of other dining and lots of golf a short drive away. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the complex.

Loved it!

The house was comfortable and well equipped with supplies for cooking. The location is excellent. Many good restaurants really close by as well as grocery stores. It is next to the golf course so it is easy to go on a pretty walk. The pool was perfect temperature. The property manager communicated with us before we arrived and made sure we could get in okay. We would absolutely seek this property out to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

This two bedroom condo was a great fit for my family - had everything we needed. It is clean and updated and we really appreciated the cupboards well stocked with spices! Views off the patio of the golf course are beautiful and being able to just slip out for a walk on the walking path that runs outside along the golf course was great - catch a beautiful Arizona sunrise/sunset anytime! The location was good with golf course (one of many) close by, and quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of things to do within close driving distance. Communication prior to arrival was good, and Wi-Fi issues upon arrival were quickly resolved. I would recommend!

Great Place, poor communication and service

Great location, nice unit, well appointed. We needed a broom, vacuum, something to wash the floors- as we had an extended stay. Also the bathroom door would not close because it hit the toilet… Asked the property contact person, Wes for help, and he said he’d stop by… he never did and we did not hear from him again.

Nice condo!

The location of this condo was a perfect launching point for us to drive to a variety of golf courses. Also many great restaurants nearby. We recommend trying Rusconi’s which is a short walk from the condo. This was by far the best stocked place we have ever stayed in- every pot, pan and dish you could ever need. Even leftover containers. Nice to have the patio and pedestrian path. But watch out for golf balls! We saw many hit the path while we sat outside. The pool was just steps away and never crowded. The entire complex was very quiet. Overall, we very much enjoyed staying here.

We loved the layout of the condo with the bedrooms separated by the main living area. It does have a sofa bed that my adult son took over. My husband snores so I cannot sleep in the same room. So we all had our own area. The thing that stood out the most was the cleanliness of the condo. I was forced to rate the pool, it looked clean and inviting but we didn't use it; we didn't have time.The condo is close to everything you need, stores, pharmacies, and restaurants.My only complaint is not receiving the code to get in before getting on a flight. That is just me, wanting to make sure I have access when I arrive (which I did receive).Note: the covered parking spot is a little far from the condo. Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kind of a last minute trip. Unit was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Had 6 for dinner comfortably. Location is very good. Easy access to hiking, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Shopping and eating out selections within walking distance. Walking trail out the back door was a bonus.

Great location

Everything was perfect. Except the walls are super thin and upstairs tenant made a lot of noise. I could hear the toilet noise. Banging? Jumping animals? Pounding. I’ll admit — I’m a light sleeper.

Very good

Great location right on Greenbelt. Patio furniture was great to lounge in daily. People walking by on path very courteous, and respected privacy when we were on the patio. Golfers were also fine. Safe area with good stores. Inside the condo was modern, owner obviously put money into it, tasteful decor and every convenience you could want. Kitchen equipped for anything even used the Ninja blender for my morning smoothies! Parking space close but the extra large SUV we had was a bit of a challenge to park there. Pool heated and never crowded and was clean. Great stay overall, would highly recommend.

The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the chairs and table on the patio area and unit was in a good location to the pool. Only complaint was the door in master bath rubbing against toilet making it annoying to close the door.
