With a prime slopeside location at Black Mountain Ski Area, this three-bedroom home in Jackson gives you beautiful views of the surrounding mountains as well as all sorts of outdoor recreation come winter or summer. Newly built with an open and airy layout, lofty ceilings, and lovely furnishings, this is a wonderful home to return to after a day spent on the slopes, at Story Land, or taking a drive to admire the gorgeous fall foliage.

Begin each morning by preparing breakfast in the open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, and an adjacent dining room table. Come home from your adventures to light the gas log fireplace, pile on the sofa for a movie, or head downstairs to the second living area with another flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a gas log stove. At sunset, you can get the grill going outside on the deck and flip burgers and steaks with a beautiful view of the countryside all around you.

This home is nearly as close to the ski trail as you can get, with the main base area of Black Mountain approximately a quarter-mile down the road. Here in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley, you'll have access to five lifts and 45 trails across 140 acres of terrain at Black Mountain, not to mention a number of other mountain resorts - including Attitash, Cranmore, and Wildcat - in the area. You'll be only four miles north of Story Land and 10 miles north of North Conway, a darling village where you can ride the Conway Scenic Railroad and shop at a wide assortment of tax-free outlets in town.

Great vacation spot!

Long weekend family getaway

This property had great views and was very clean and comfortable! Great location and about 1/2 mile from the Inn at Whitney Farms. Property manager responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Family weekend

Great, new rental. Very clean. I wouldn't spend the money on the linen service. Sheets very poor quality for the price and only provided one towel per person.

Fantastic stay!

Great house, slope side, fully equipped! My only suggestion would be to leave a remote garage door opener in the house for the people staying. One person had to shut the door and run back upstairs to lock the house. With it being ski in ski out and no basement door to the mountain we used the garage and ended up just leaving it open all day. Beautiful house, we had an amazing trip and all is 100% as it said in the listing.

all 5 star with 4 star overall due to electric panel problems, oven, stove top and dishwasher, AND CO2 alarm issues. These led to extra restaurant expenses and wasted food purchased. SEE review written moments ago from another request

Nous avons loué ce logement pour 3 nuits. Malheureusement cette propriété est en rénovation et le sous-sol et les chambres ne sont pas accessibles. Les photos montrent un beau sous-sol avec un salon et des lits superposés, mais ce n'est pas accessible. Cela représente environ le 1/3 du logement. Nous avons soulevé le problème au gestionnaire qui n'a pas donné suite à notre demande initiale. Je ne recommande donc pas cette propriété, car les photos sont trompeuses.

Family vacation

Reserved in February, had stayed here last August. Disappointed the downstairs was not usable due to a flooding problem & it was under construction. Upon arrival the trash from previous rental still in garage. Called twice to have it removed as with the heat it was smelling rancid.. Finally removed after a couple of days. Overall it is a beautiful townhome and hope to stay there again someday.

Unavailable Basement

Unfortunately when we arrived we discovered the basement had previously flooded and was unusable. We were unaware we'd be lacking these 4 beds. My husband had to sleep on a twin mattress on the floor. The home was extremely hot with the A/C, the trash had not been emptied and the floors had crumbs. Overall the home has great potential and is nicely furnished in the main living area. We unfortunately encountered a lot of negatives that out weighed the positives of the property. A refund for our inconveniences was received although it was less than we should have been given back. A previous renter was given advanced notice of basement issue in April and was given 50% back. We did not have the ability to make that choice. It was 8pm and we had bags of food to be refrigerated. We had to stay and make it work. Could be a great property with proper repairs and cleaning.

Very nice condo.

For the most part we were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean and is as nice as the pictures reflect. The views from the windows and back deck are spectacular. My only disappointment (and it is a big one) is the fact that on the morning of the day we were leaving to check in I received a voicemail advising me that the lower level with the bunks where we had planned on having the children sleep was flooded and was not accessible. Rather than be relocated we opted to stay after being offered 50% off the original price as we were attending a wedding the next day at Whitney Inn which was less than a mile from where we were staying. Except for this one issue, I would highly recommend staying here

Excellent house right on Black Mountain

We had a great trip and the house was as advertised. It was very clean but obviously had been unoccupied for a while due to dead flies all around. Property manager was receptive to this and mentioned making sure to check in on the property before renters arrive if it's been vacant for some time. This would also have helped with a leak in the basement. The carpeting between the beds in the basement was soaked, likely due to rain. It didn't affect our stay and the property manager said they'd have maintenance look at it after we left. We loved being able to walk right out and hike up Black Mountain. The house is spacious and well stocked. There's a beautiful view from the living room and back deck. The beds/linens were very comfortable. We hope to return again!!

Unbelievable place!

It’s exactly how the pictures showed. Filled with everything you need. Very clean, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen even a Keurig . The view through the huge windows is breath taking! When we arrive I got a text from Parker who was available to answer our questions.. a real person. I would differently recommend! The snow coming down was beautiful as well. The roads we maintained we had no issues driving up the hill.

The family of the bride for fall foliage wedding rented the condo for the wedding weekend.

We rented the condo for the weekend of our daughter's wedding with guests ranging from sisters and parents to grandmother of the bride. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The views from the back deck were stunning and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. It also easily accommodated feeding the bridal party the morning of the wedding with all the other wedding preparations going on. We would highly recommend this property and absolutely return again.

Amazing Rental for All Ages

This property is perfect for a family of all ages. Our days are mostly spent outdoors and when we returned it was so home-like. The beds were extremely comfortable, probably the best rental beds we've ever had, and we greatly appreciated that! The views are breathtaking and the quietness of the area is just perfect! Thank you for renting this awesome condo!

Unbelievably clean, and beautiful property

All the years I have traveled this is by far was the cleanest house!!! For those of you who have babies or young children you don’t need to worry about your children being on the floor. This house was spotless, with white crisp linens. The one thing I would suggest is to add better details of the home: we packed so much stuff that we didn’t need because this house is Fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! The property has more kitchen appliances and tools than I have in my own home. The views are beautiful too. We hope to go back next year.

Absolutely magical!!!

The condo was awesome. It was very clean, accommodations were very comfortable with spectacular views. There is plenty of space for all. You will not be disappointed. Our party consisted of our two daughters and their husbands. Everyone had such a relaxing time and it was hard to leave. Thank you!!
