The front porch boasts an oversized swing with a twin-sized mattress. Picnic tables, a rock water feature and fire pit are steps from the front door.

Carlton Landing is a luxury walkable resort-style town on the shore of Lake Eufaula. This perfectly pink house is positioned within walking distance of community amenities such as a private swim beach, community pools and hot tub, a nature trail, ping-pong, bocce ball, several playgrounds, fire pits, grills and picnic tables. Rent a kayak to enjoy the private cove or bring your fishing gear and spend your time on the scenic boat dock. You can also sit in rocking chairs and take in the view at the breathtaking Overlook.
