The Retreat @ Carlton Landing is a privately owned and operated home by Wildling Ventures, LLC. Located in the award-winning Carlton Landing resort at Eufaula Lake. Walking distance to great restaurants, community pools, playgrounds, a private beach, marina, bocce ball courts, gardens, fitness center and tons outdoor activities. The Retreat is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that will sleep up to 10 people. It includes a full kitchen, laundry, 2 outdoor patios, a covered porch, backyard space and a 2-car carport. This retreat is a perfect place for enjoying the natural beauty of Eufaula Lake with all the amenities of a 5 star resort.

Very happy with the property and most of all with the communication from the owner. Everything we needed to begin our stay was there and it was perfect. We hope to stay there again.

It started a lil rocky due to a misunderstanding with the cleaning services…so we had to get that taken care of, but even so there was dog hair on much of the furniture and outside seating. Not overly a big deal, just had hair on our clothes. The host was responsive and apologetic…they comped us some and gave us late checkout. Great location Comfortable beds Several games and toys for the kids. Fire pit was great for smores. Overall we had a great time just some minor hiccups

Great location, right in the middle of the amenities!

Had a great stay! The location was the most stocked location I’ve been too, if we needed it, we found it! They have done a great job incorporating as many things as they can for every one!

Great for Bachelorette Party

We loved staying in this house for my bachelorette party! It was a great setup for everyone to have their own large, comfy beds and great for socializing in the main area of the home. Awesome location, easy to walk to any of the amenities that Carlton Landing has to offer!

Perfect location!

We had the best family vacation! This property is in an ideal location-close to pools, lake, beach, and local businesses. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, several fun extras like scooters, a wagon, and games. The host was very helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to be back!

Needs some love

We recently stayed over the Memorial weekend. The interior of house was tidy and location was great. The outdoors I don’t think have been touched all winter. Fall leaves all over the ground. Limbs on deck. We couldn’t even access a large umbrella bc it was covered in leaves. Sand covering back drive (my son slipped and fell) and the back steps were rotted out (my husband fell). Interior bedrooms had spider webs with bugs all in webbing of ceiling corners. Kitchen sink was leaking. Cleanliness was main issue. No I didn’t complain during vacation as I didn’t want workers there on my time. I did let owners know about rotten step and kitchen sink leaking. No response except to give a review.

Family Thanksgiving

We stayed here as a family for thanksgiving. The house was nice and in a great spot, easy walk to places to eat and play games etc.

Couldn't be happier with The Retreat!

Great location within walking distance to the pool and Lake. The home is in immaculate condition and every small detail was thought of-every time we thought we needed something, it was already there. Great side yard for hanging out and the 2 car-covered parking was nice. Great capacity for many guests. The upstairs bunk beds were a big hit with the kids!

Nice property in a nice neighborhood with a patio under construction

I overall enjoyed staying at the retreat, the property manager was very attentive and responsive and the location is great . Unfortunately there were some issues at the property: -the biggest ones: the fact that the outdoor patios and grill area was under construction/ remodel being remodeled and that there is not fire pit. -other issues: the light of the kids room didn't work, some doors didn’t lock,. I’ll stay in the property in the future once they finish the remodel and fix those issues.

Perfect getaway

The house was cozy and we loved how easily accessible the pools, coffee shop, pizza restaurant and trails were! Everything we needed was within a short walking distance and we felt very safe. The live music and pop up shops were a bonus too…and took less than 5 minutes to walk to. My extended family and I had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!

Perfect for our Family

We had a great stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Everything was so clean and organized. It had everything we needed and more great family games for indoor and outdoor, plenty of toiletries and towels for the stay without having to wash. They even provided off just in case we needed it, we didn’t need for anything while we were here and if I ever had a question the owners were very quick to respond. We would stay here again for sure… this house was great location for the community and nearby the food and games!

Perfect family vacation location

The home was as described. It’s a perfect location in a picturesque community with many activities. We were a short walk to the lake, pools, restaurants, hiking trails and parks. Highly recommend. The host was very communicative as well.

Great Getaway

We had a great time hanging with family in an upcoming place. We rented a golf cart and the kids loved riding around the area. Home was in an awesome location and we will be coming back. Property manager was on top of everything.

Anniversary weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. We chose this house because they allow dogs. It was much larger than we needed but we had a great time. We were happy to find a pizza place we could walk to and coffee house around the corner. We will be back.
