Right on the Beach, Gulf Front View! Enjoy your Gulf Shores vacation at the popular Surfside Shores complex in unit 2402. Upscale Interior. Ceramic Tile Floors, Granite, Stainless Steel Appliances. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor unit directly on the gulf front with direct access to the beach via its own boardwalk. Gulf Front Pool as well!. Surfside Shores is located in town convenient to everything in Gulf Shores, Shopping, Restaurants, The Hang Out, and fun attractions for a family vacation or a quiet weekend get away. We are private owners, not a huge rental company. Treat yourself to a great vacation in our great condo! Sleeps 6, master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, queen plus luxury sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms have private baths.

The MouleDune condo has easy beach access, with bathrooms, vending machines, bicycle rack, free air for inflatables near the pool, and grills.

- Parking is located onsite (pay at the guard shack). The cost is $25 per vehicle for your stay.

- Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

- Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, make-up remover wipes, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

The MouleDune is near several attractions including: The Hangout, coffee shops, Janino's Pizza, and surf shops. You are a short drive from Gulf Shores State Park, golf courses, shopping, Go-carts, putt putt golf, grocery stores, Rouses market, and more!

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:

1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area' and / or

2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.

THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:

1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.

2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and

3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

Excellent stay!

We loved this condo. The decor was super cute. The balcony was spacious and very roomy with plenty of seating and a gorgeous view. Communication with owners was never an issue. Plenty of parking. There is nothing negative to say at all about our stay.

The Mouledune is great!

This is our 2nd trip to the Mouledune and we had a great time making memories with the family. The condo is in excellent shape and Chad the host is super responsive. We plan on staying there many more times in the future.

Perfect!

We loved staying at this condo! Location was exactly what we wanted! right on the beach with the ability to step out the door and be on the beach! We have two toddlers which requires taking ALOT down to the beach so having the ability to go down an elevator open a gate and literally be on the sand was ideal. When the kids napped I was able to sit and enjoy the ocean from the beautiful balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you would need. The king bed was very comfortable. I slept better there than I do at home! The AC unit worked very good along with all the other appliances which appeared to all be new and updated. Checkin was extremely easy with key pad entry to the unit and to get the parking pass was as simple as calling the guard whose number was easily available in the lobby of the building and him bringing us the pass. The owners of the condo were great and even provided us with suggestions for dinner which I really appreciated as this was our first time to gulf shores! Overall this was the perfect condo and a wonderful beach trip!

Awesome Poolside and Gulf View!

Very nice! Not crowded and a great great location.Awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico and pool from the balcony. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit was well thought out so that everything is there that you would need. The storage on the balcony had everything you might need on the beach such as beach chairs, nets, etc.

We enjoyed our second stay! The owners are very attentive. They take pride in knowing families enjoy their time here. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. This condo is very enjoyable. It’s a definite annual trip for us!

A Great Vacation

The MouleDune is the perfect place to stay for a Gulf Shores vacation!! The place is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect…right on the beach and minutes away from fabulous restaurants. This is our second time staying in this condo. We have three small children and it works perfectly for us. We LOVE the location, it’s been super clean both times we have stayed here, and the new owners are very easy to communicate with.

Amazing location for our beach getaway

We loved our stay at the Mouledune! The condo is beautiful and we felt right at home. We loved being able to open the patio doors and sit on the deck watching the beautiful beach and listening to the waves. The views from the condo are just amazing!! And it’s so convienent to be able to walk down a few flights of stairs (or take the elevator) and be right on the beach. Beautiful, clean and comfortable property. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!!

Wisconsin Girls trip 2021

This property was absolutely beautiful. The 4th floor location had a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo was so clean and comfortable. The owners were so kind and wonderful to talk with and helpful with anything we needed. The bottle of wine we received on check in was over the top. We can't wait to come back next year!
