Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in at this cozy downtown English cottage home? Ideal for business or STAYCATION!! Welcome to this gorgeous newly remodeled three bedroom / two bath, craftsman style home, located in the heart of Downtown San Jose. Entire house is WI-FI Enabled. The house can comfortably host up to 6 persons in the 3 bedrooms + It consists of a spacious living room with comfortable leather sofa with lots of natural light, leading into a formal dining room and newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and stylish cabinets. The main house consists of two generous sized bedrooms (both with Queen size beds) .Two newly remodeled bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer. Third bedroom is located in detached cottage consists of a large room which is fully furnished with 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa bed that opens up into a full-size bed. Beautifully landscaped garden with new hardscape, custom fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor dining and seating with outdoor lighting. Ideal for outdoor relaxing. Wi-Fi enabled.
SORRY NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS with large numbers of external guests. Genuine family and friends visiting is OK subject to the house rules and booking conditions.

House was older and a little smaller than expected but was clean and had modern utilities. Kitchen was well stocked including air fryer and indoor type cooker. Very close to SAP Center so saved 50 parking. Also close to Little Italy that has some nice restaurants.

Stayed here for a wedding. Close to many things, location very good. Clean and we attended the neighborhood Italian Festival, what fun!! All you need is here, incredible outdoor space!

The home was cozy, clean, with all the necessary amenities, easy in and out. Very nice backyard with a BBQ which we enjoyed. Parks, shops and entertainment within walking distance. Home located on a quiet street within the city underneath the flightpath of airport, which was all good.

House is in great location near many of the things we wanted to do. It had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The back yard was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The host was very responsive to questions. Would stay again!

Great stay!

It’s a very cute property and was perfect for our group. We weren’t aware it was on the flight path but were happy they stopped flying overhead at a certain hour. Very conveniently located to downtown and most sites we wanted to visit. Our host very graciously provided all basic necessities like coffee and creamer, that was very much appreciated! If we head back to San Nose we’d likely want to stay there again!

What a wonderful place to stay during our trip. The house is as neat as a pin. The cottage is perfect for "personal space." There is a fair amount of airplane noise, but that pales in comparison to the rest of the property. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy hose and cottage

The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked which was great as we cooked several meals during our stay. We really appreciated the Starbucks k-cups as well! There were two bath towels laid out per room which was great but it would have been nice to have extra as we stayed several days. There were washers and dryers available but we were busy with family activities so didn’t get to washing the towels we had. Not a big deal but something to consider. The backyard was really spacious and we enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. One thing to be aware of- the San Jose airport is very close and there were big noisy jets flying over the house constantly, from 6am to 10pm. There were dogs next door that barked quite a bit but we didn’t mind. Overall, our stay was nice for a short visit in San Jose.

Great location in San Jose

The property was great. Very clean and included a good supply of the basics. Gwen was very prompt in answering any questions and providing information. Loved that we could walk to the SAP Centre and there was plenty of off street parking. We will definitely book again if coming back to San Jose.

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need! The decor and everything there is to enjoy in this home shows that the owners love and care for this place very much. There are a lot of cameras, including a ring camera, if you like that to feel safe.The home is in a quiet and peaceful cul de sac, tucked away from everything. I really appreciated the quiet!

Fantastic Holiday Stay

Five adults in San Jose over the holidays. The house is large, well stocked and clean. The location is great. Very close to airport and walking distance to train station, arena and plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

The house is a short walk from SAP center and very convenient for attending concerts and sporting events. Heat wasn’t working but the owner had someone there quickly to repair it. We had a good time.

The property is very close to downtown and San Jose Little Italy. However, it's in the direct flight path to the airport. And you will hear jets landing every 5 minutes

Top Ten Percent

This is a top ten percent place. Though the listing reads "cozy," there's plenty of room and the separate/private room in the backyard is a big plus. The house is a great mix of adorable decades old style within a modern renovation - notably modern kitchen and bathrooms. The back yard was actually our favorite part. With the ideal weather and comfortable seating our group enjoyed most of social time there. I've read the other reviews and yes there are airplanes overhead from time to time, yest there's some traffic noise and we had some noisy neighbors one night. Part of what makes this place great is how close it is to everything anyone would want to do in San Jose or Santa Clara. These are urban places; quiet solitude is not normally found in such places. We didn't meet our property manager, but she was responsive and helpful. We didn't have any significant issues during our stay. Perhaps the only thing that bothered us was the surveillance camera pointed toward the backyard - which was, in effect, our living room. Nevertheless, the icky feelign of being watched didn't prevent us from loving our time out there.

San Jose Cottage

Had a great month at this cozy property. Very clean and communication with property manager was great. Yard space was nice to enjoy the great weather. Separate cottage was perfect office. Walked to downtown restaurants as well as around the block to San Jose Little Italy which is a must for cocktails and food. Loved Pasono’s Great if in town for Sharks game or event at SAP center. Overall this is a nice place to stay and we were very comfortable.

The location was what drew me to the home, about a block away from SAP center it was extremely convenient. The house itself was very clean and welcoming.
