This features high-end appliances and designer touches throughout. Best of all, this house comes with a 3 car garage!! All rooms comes with a desk and chair, and strong Wifi!

Come relax with your friends and family in this stunning modern beach house just steps away from the beach!

Location, location, location!!! This home is located right in the heart of Capitola Village and steps to the beach! Downtown Capitola is home to some of the most charming restaurants, shops, tap houses and wine bars! Even though you are only steps away from all the action, this house is tucked away in a quiet and safe street that has gorgeous views of Depot Hill and The Trestle. Wake up every morning to stroll down Capitola's charming Riverview Ave. (right across the street), walk down to Capitola Beach and onto the Wharf. Pleasure Point is also only a few minutes walk away! This is truly a beach lover's dream getaway.

An abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, cafe, are all steps away from the house!

I did not have a car with me the entire week I stayed here and I found it absolutely easy to get whatever I needed, literally just steps away.

Wonderful Home In Capitola Village

The house was in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The garage parking was a bonus. The manager was helpful and a great communicator. We were a party of 6 and very comfortable in this luxury home!

Great spot

Great location without being directly in the chaos of Capitola. Clean, cozy and new. 3 car garage is awesome. My family of 5 had a blast.

Fantastic Stay in a Wonderful Location

Our family was in desperate need of a getaway and came across Susan's place, which is about as flawless as you could ask for! Newly built, impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and most important of all, super comfortable for our young family. Throw in that you're just a very short walk from the beach and the Esplanade, and the charm is simply off the charts! Susan was also a dream to work with, being super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Can't recommend this place enough, and we hope to be back soon!

Best location

Nice, new and clean. Perfect location. Great for a family vacation. We had 6 of us there. 2mos to 69 years!! Everyone got along great. Plenty of room. Will definitely try to get it again. Great communication with owners.

What an incredible home!

Justin and Susan are such amazing and responsive hosts, and their vacation home here is unbelievable! The Closest possible stay you could have to downtown- with coffee, restaurant, bars and the beach just a 1-2 minute walk. The house had all the amenities you could want - with even a little cute kid play kitchen downstairs in a hall closet. My toddler girls were in heaven! Everything was so clean and cozy, we only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Justin and Susan for a wonderful experience, we will be coming back again!

Capitola Good Vibes!

This house is excellent. Close to everything you want to do in Capitola. The three car garage is a real plus. Inside the house is solid, quiet and clean. I feel really fortunate to have gotten a booking, on short notice, so close to July 4th. It seemed like everything that we forgot, they happened to supply. Free use of beach towels, sun tent, boogie boards and a trolley to transport it all. Well worth the cost.

Mother 90 Year Birthday Party

Location sooo perfect for a weekend with no car to take advantage of all Capitola Village has to offer- house was cozy comfy bright and cheery. We had everything we needed for a spectacular celebratory weekend. Just so he best!

Downtown Capitola! Perfect!

Very nice place. The home is only about 2 years old, everything is new with higher end appliances. Very bright and cheery place with lots of light and good air circulation with the windows open. Everything you need to entertain a group of 8 or less. Walking distance to everything in the downtown. We love Capitola and go there often so this made being in one of our favorite places a treat. Pros: Home owners were very accommodating, took our call to help us understand a few things, we should have known had we read their email sent the day before. Thank you for the email, next time we will read it in advance. Parking in the garage is good. We got two big cars in. 2 large cars or 3 small cars fit in the garage. Cons: the vrbo sight did not give us the needed information to check in...the link would not activate. Check in was a strict 4pm, we would have liked an earlier check in so we could enjoy more of the first day there. 8 guests is pushing the limits on this house. There is zero street parking. If you have more cars than will fit in the garage you may have to park far away. Suggestion: A few more bath towels and blankets for the beds would be nice. Plus a broom and a working vacuum would be nice so we can clean up after ourselves easily.

Comfortable and Easy

We travelled from Delaware for the first post-pandemic visit with family in 28 months. We wanted a house where we could just relax and reconnect and this place was perfect! Our son in-law grew up in the area so we had a pretty full itinerary of fun things to do, so returning to this comfortable, immaculately clean, spacious home at the end of a busy day was great. Our 9 year old grandson absolutely loved the tree house style bunks in his room, perfect for all kinds of super hero adventures. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, a pleasant balcony that we used frequently, The wonderful kitchen was such an asset as we ate most of our meals right there. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet location even though it's just one block from town shops and eateries. We strolled around town every day and in the evening. Having a garage and washer/dryer were welcome conveniences. We had absolutely no problems with the rental, just occasional "how do we do this" questions, and Susan was instantly accessible, pleasant and patient, always responding quickly and eager to help. We heartily recommend this property.

Capitola Beach!

This property was just right for the family. The space is just right. The rooms set up with comfort in sight. Together yet private. Home is open and modern. The upgrades will impress you. Warm floors await you. Location is perfect with beach is right there and all the specialty shops surround it.

Clean, modern, and comfortable

We spent a week in this nearly new and very comfortable house just a few minutes walk to Capitola beach. We live in a clean and shoes-off house and it didn’t take long for this lovely house to feel like home. :) As it was rainy and cold, the radiant floor heating and gas stove/fireplace were much appreciated. Beds are very comfortable and tv works well with YouTube Live, Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants as well popular Gayle’s Bakery. We even walked to Whole Foods for groceries. Easy check-in and check-out. Owners were very responsive to questions and the local bottle of wine and salt water taffy were a very nice touch. Tip: bring spices, oils, etc. if you are going to cook. Salt, ground black pepper, balsamic olive oil, and ground coffee were available. Plan on buying bottled water as the municipal water in Capitola has a strong chemical taste. Next time I might ask for midweek cleaning service. Overall, I look forward to going back!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful beach house. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything but located far enough to have some peace and quiet as well. We have been staying in the Santa Cruz area most of our lives and this home was by far one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. The home is beautiful but also casual and cozy. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Everything we hoped for

This house is amazing! It was easy to find and parking in the garage was such a treat. The location was ideal...walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants, or up to Gayles for something yummy. The house is both immaculate and comfortable...with every fine detail considered. I've already recommended it to several friends and hope to return again soon!

Great Location

The Capitola beach house was perfect for our needs. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was great to be walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We were traveling with six adults and a nine month old. The owners had a port-a-crib on site and also a cart, beach chairs, and towels for an easy walk to the beach. The house was immaculate and we were comfortable letting the baby crawl around. Check in and out was easy, overall it was a great place for us to stay.

Great place and location!

Met up with several girlfriends to celebrate my 50th birthday. What a gorgeous house and the perfect location! It’s super close to downtown and the beach. The house has some great design touches and everything is so new. Be sure to check out the hideaway medicine cabinet behind the mirror in the master bedroom bathroom. Our hosts Susan and Justin were very attentive and welcoming. We hope to come back again soon!

Ideal location, sparkling clean home

We are a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is brand new and it’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into every last detail. They had children’s toys and even paper plates and utensils. The beach wagon was a huge plus since it’s easily walking distance to all the shops and beaches. Would highly recommend!
