Large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with full ocean views from the spacious second floor living room, master bedroom, patio and both large decks. Just steps to the sand with breathtaking ocean views from all three levels. This home is on Beach Drive, where families have been vacationing for generations.

-ocean view master suite with king, full bathroom, and private deck
-bedroom with 3 twin beds plus 3 cubby beds (twin size)
-second full bathroom

2nd floor:
-kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony with fire pit, gas and charcoal bbq

-bedroom with queen bed (ocean view)

Excellent Family Beach Vacation

We visited the local attractions (boardwalk, Roaring Camp, aquarium) and spent most of the time enjoying the beach. The host was supportive of all needs, there were ample towels, and the home is wonderful.

Beautiful Location & View

Our family of 8 (2 kids) loved this beach house. We are active, and we loved being right across the street from the ocean. The house is dated, but it had nearly everything that we needed and no one complained. One suggestion would be to replace the bunk beds and twin bed in bedroom #3 with a larger bed that a couple could sleep in comfortably. Don't miss going to Marianne's Ice Cream while you're there. We will definitely return.

Beautiful beach views!

Fun beach house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of space for a larger group. We loved all the amenities it offered and would definitely rent again.

Renters Be Ware

The dishwasher door is broken and every time I opened the dish washer it fell down. Every dish, pot, pan or silverware I used had to be rewashed. The kitchen tabletop is warped. Table lamp in living room had no plug to use it. Furnishing are OUTDATED AND WORN. Master nightstand drawer opens crooked. not one box of Kleenex in the entire house! I paid a cleaning fee and there was a sign to wash the downstairs bedding. Renter must clean the fireplace and grill, but no tools to do so were left. cheapest bath products are offered. Hair conditioner is so thick and gummy that it would not come out of the dispenser I will not return, and I will spread the word about THIS RENTAL BEING A COMPLETE DISASTER.

Celebrating my 65th birthday with friends

great property

This was an amazing home on the beach. Big house with lots of beds which were very comfortable. Perfect for my daughter's 16th birthday weekend. The teenage girls loved the cubbie beds! Walkable to Rio Del Mar with cafe, deli and restaurant. Out door deck was relaxing and had a beautiful view. Grill was great. Master bedroom is big and private with its own balcony. It is an older, charming home. We all loved it. Just bring your own food storage things like tupperware and plastic bags if you need them. Can't wait to come back here!

My wife grew up in Santa Cruz.....the property was in a spectacular location......the property itself could use a little refurbishing.....that being said it was fine....loved watching the whales and the anchovy run...amazing....would rent it again

Annual Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were amazing especially from the Master Suite on the third floor. The property had everything you need for a family beach vacation. Our grandkids loved sleeping in the cubbies and there was plenty of room for everyone. The BBQ was in good shape and so was the kitchen appliances and dishes. The parking was easy and convenient as well. We also appreciated the local bottle of red wine.

Overall experience

Property is outdated. Found worms and centipedes in the kitchen each morning, that wasn’t pleasant. Master bath shower is a very slow drain, don’t like standing in excess water while I shower. Great view and location! Parking was better than expected!

Amazing home and location !

This was an awesome stay - the house looked just as nice as the photos. Amazing morning views from the living room and master. Host was extremely communicative. Kids loved it. Would highly recommend! It was a bit pricey for only a 2 night stay, but overall a great experience and location.
