45 metros cuadrados en el segundo piso de un típico parisino Hausmanien edificio de seis pisos en la nueva zona de moda Batignolles, que está cerca de Montmartre al este, los Campos Elíseos al oeste y la zona comercial de los Grands Boulevards al sur. Es tanto tradicional (parisino) como prometedor (moderno).
El apartamento está totalmente renovado y nuevo.

1 sala de estar y comedor con una cocina moderna abierta, 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, 1 baño. El cómodo sofá se puede convertir en una cama para 2 personas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluyendo una nevera, lavaplatos moderno, lavadora y secadora y horno.

El baño tiene una cabina de ducha, un lavabo y un inodoro.

Todo el apartamento tiene un buen sistema de calefacción para mantenerlo cálido y acogedor en invierno.

Además, es luminoso y acogedor, gracias a las ventanas del piso al techo y un balcón orientado al oeste.

This was a lovely flat. We loved the neighborhood….walked to numerous excellent restaurants. Also appreciated the storage options in each room. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to ‘live out of a suitcase.’ There were shelves in the bathroom; drawers, shelves, and closet space in the bedroom; and a kitchen table and coffee table for other items. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Flat

We really enjoyed the flat. There was plenty of room for our family. The location was very good for walking to shops or to the metro/train station. Would definitely recommend this flat. Would stay again on a return trip to Paris.

Great Neighbourhood

We loved our stay at the Apartment, plenty of room for a family of 4 and the balcony was a lovely bonus. The neighbourhood was excellent and enjoyed the restaurants & markets. Easy access to metro transport and scooting around Paris.

Convenient and perfect for us

The apartment felt roomy and had all of the necessary things needed. You did not need to run out and buy anything. We loved the neighborhood and being so close to two metro stations was great. We would stay there again

Neat, clean, had everything we needed plus many extras. Building / unit security was good. Access to all the places we wanted to visit was easy by walk, bus & metro. A bit north of the city, but VERY manageable. When we come back - this is where we will stay.

Batignolles apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much in this very well equipped apartment. The Batignolles neighbourhood, which was new to our Parisian visits, had easy access to transit, lots of restaurants to choose from and a wonderful market street nearby where we discovered La Meringaie patisserie. Philippe was an excellent host.

Beautiful French apartment

The apartment was beautifuland perfect for two people. The kitchen was nice and we loved the little balcony. The description we got from the owner was easy to understand and contained all the information we needed. We have nothing to fault with the apartment and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay in Batignolles

We've stayed in the 17th several times; it is our favorite arrondissement. This apartment was in a great location, a short walk from the Levis market, restaurants and the Metro. It is well appointed, spacious, airy and very comfortable. We easily communicated with the owner via VRBO. They were very responsive. We would stay again for sure. Special thanks to Phillippe for his help.

A wonderful apartment in a great neighbourhood!

Fantastic apartment with everything you will need for your stay. Great kitchen to cook in and a spacious living area and bedroom. Great balcony to watch the world go buy. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of food options…market stalls with lots of lovely fresh foods available and a variety of cafes and restaurants so you can eat in or dine out. Great communication with the hosts who were very helpful and friendly. We loved our two weeks at the apartment and will definitely try to come back.

comfortable light filled apartment

This apt has everything one needs for a relaxed and comfortable stay.It is tastefully furnished ,the bed is super comfortable and the outside little balcony with table and chairs the perfect place for morning coffee or evening drinks.The property is very clean and well maintained.The owner provided excellent customer service . The surrounding area is lively with the Levis market very nearby We would love to return and would certainly recommend it to our friends

Comfortable, quiet apartment in the 17th

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris. The variety of restaurants is incredible, and there are three metro stops within a 5 min walk. We especially loved Rue de Levis, which has all the shops you could possibly need. The apartment is well-appointed, with everything you need for cooking meals. Even though the apartment is on the second floor, there is a lift in addition to stairs. Older buildings have quirks, but it feels very safe and secure and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved it!

This place went above and beyond our expectations with more amenities than we expected (including elevator). It was clean, charming and had a balcony overlooking the street. The neighborhood is more residential and quiet. Directly across the street is a bakery, and Italian Restaurant and on the other street is a small convenience store and pharmacy. Tons of other fun restaurants/cafes very nearby and only 5 minute walk to nearest Metro stop. Great location. We really felt at home here. Thank you!

Excellent and charming apartment, ideal for visiting Paris

We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased with the apartment. An excellent location in a peaceful quarter (17th Arr.) with great connections to the city and all it's myriad attractions. The apartment is well equipped, sleeps 4 and we had plenty of space for 3 guests. WIFI worked well as did all other systems. Nice furniture and a well-equipped kitchen to round off a great experience. Great food shopping just 2 streets away and a few mins. walk to the nearest Metro station ... no car required.

Lovely stay!

Our family stayed at this apartment for 5 days. It was very well appointed, containing anything you might need to prepare meals. The washer/dryer combo was a huge plus! The host was pleasant and responsive. The (typically) small elevator was a bit intimidating at first but the walk up the stairs was doable. There were several transportation options within a 10 minute walk, our favorite being Villiers as we would walk through a fruit and vegetable market to and from the metro station. There was also a nice pizza (take out) place near the station. We would definitely stay there again!!

This Paris flat was perfect for our five-day stay. We loved the neighborhood -- its restaurants, shops, access to transportation and walkability. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with everything advertised. The elevator was appreciated on the days we needed to haul our luggage in and out. The boulangerie across the street was a bonus and got our business every morning. (Who doesn't want fresh croissants or a baguette every day in Paris?) The restaurants nearby were excellent and the type of place a Parisian would enjoy -- not your typical tourist trap. We would love to stay here again on a return trip to Paris.
