Located in the exclusive community of Les Terres Basses, Pamplemousse is a stunning 6 bedroom villa offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring island Anguilla. Pamplemousse is a refuge of peace and serenity where visitors experience luxury in the heart of the Caribbean.

A romantic stone path pulls you to the house where the majestic entry provides a flowing river all through the Villa. Inside, the main space is spectacular with elegant furnishings. A refined and comfortable living room with many sofas offers all the comfort you need to enjoy the latest A/V equipment. The furniture is in precious wood, with sublime Indian and Oriental art pieces and paintings, and luxurious fabrics all in a palette of red and bronze. This amazing main space is connected to a shaded outdoor living space decorated in a Thailand style with large sofas and stylish cushions  with fragrant plants mixed in for additional privacy.

The large kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, has a central island and a large bar to share moments of conviviality. A dining table with comfortable chairs and a fully equipped outside baking facility. 

Five bedrooms are on the main level : With king beds And two singles.

On the lower level you will find one bedroom with independent outside access via  staircases - The six bedrooms all have air conditioning, private bathrooms and dressing rooms while a few benefit from a stunning view overlooking the lush garden or the sea.
While two sister bedrooms have common access, the other four bedrooms all have exterior access.
Bedroom #6 can be made into two twin beds and can comfortably sleep two children up to 12 years old.

The oversized infinity pool overlooks the clearwater of the sea. On either side, sunbeds and lounging areas allow guests to enjoy the sun from morning to evening and Pamplemousse is ideally located to enjoy the colorful Caribbean sunsets.

The Lowlands is the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.
By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prumes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs and two fiercely competing beach bars are providing chairs and umbrellas, food and drink. A few hundred feet away from the bars, the beach becomes more clothing optional.The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.

Getting Around:
You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Tony who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Ink’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in. To welcome you to Saint Martin you are offered one complimentary arrival transfer courtesy of The Property Ink. Any additional arrival or departure transfers are to be requested, and paid for in cash directly to the driver. Please contact your pre-arrival concierge for pricing and reservations. Please note the cost of transfers vary depending on the amount of passengers. If you wish to leave your vehicle at the villa on departure you will need to consult with your rental company to confirm if they allow this, note additional charges may apply. Please remember to fill your gas tank back up so that no additional charges will occur.
