Family House: Backyard With Heated Pool (heating optional) $70.00 per night. Begin February 1, 2022. Built in Gas BBC/Corn Hole/Ping Pong Table/Pool Table/Outdoor Dining Table/Boards Games.
Guests can come and go as you please. Smart lock on the front door, No keys needed. You will have access to absolutely everything on the property.
Garage for 2 vehicles.
ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows and WiFi included. House is pet-friendly(with a pet fee $75.00) the kitchen is stocked with essentials you will need to prepare meals.
House is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
Pool heating(upon request) September to End of May $70.00 per night.

We are available for our guests as much or as little as you need. We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. If there is a emergency that needs our attention right away please contact owner or host directly with numbers provided upon booking. We like to respect privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in the home!

Such an amazing home. Clean and organized. Had all the amenities we needed. Very spacious and cozy. The host was amazing and had some good recommendations for dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for our family vacation in Phoenix. The location was super convenient, including an easy day trip to Sedona. We loved that the hosts had a Christmas tree and holiday decorations set up—it really added to the festive feel of our stay. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was a perfect temperature for swimming. The pool table was a big hit, and we really appreciated that the house had toys and games, which made it especially easy with kids. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our group of two couples, my mom, three college-aged kids, and a baby fit comfortably with plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the house was great. The house was big and spacious for our group of 19. Everyone had their own room with no problem! Many games for everyone to enjoy along with the pool. The whole house was stocked up with every possible thing you could need which i was impressed by! Plenty of extra pillows and blankets too. Would return again with no hesitation.

Things were so nice. Pool was hearted and house was clean. Easy access. One like in the kitchen blinked all the time but other than that we loved it.

Plenty of Room for our Group

We maxed out the space with our 15 people but enjoyed it greatly. 5 Kids shared the bedroom with multiple beds and 2 other kids used the pullouts while adults took advantage of the bedrooms. We had 1 bed issue caused by a broken boxspring but was fixed with a whole new bed the next day. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Overall, everyone loved the house! They had so much to do from swimming to bags, a dart board, a ping pong table, and a pool table. The hosrs peovided everything you need to be omfortable. My family had a great time!

Great Christmas stay!

We ranged in age fro 2 to 72 and we all enjoyed our vacation. The house is large and all eleven of us had a bed for sleeping. The property manager, Elia, was fantastic and so very accommodating. The kitchen has every dish and tool a cook could need! Great property for kids and adults alike.

Great place for larger gatherings

This property was just the ticket for our group. The floor plan allows plenty of together time as well as places to break off into smaller groups. Place was clean and VERY well equipped for all you need during your stay- we even found a birthday candle which was great as we forgot to pick 1 up! Pool area was clean and inviting. We did pay to have the pool heated as we were arriving just as the temps were getting warmer but not yet hot enough to bring the pool temp to comfy. Furnishings were fine- nothing fancy (which is nice if you’re worried about the kids) but comfy. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend.

Enjoyable Experience

Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool was nice and spacious. The only thing I would have liked to have had at the pool was a partial shade over the pool. However, the attached covered outdoor area was quite delightful. We will definitely return. It was roomy , well stocked, and quiet home.

Grandpa’s birthday celebration

4 generations got together at this beautiful property to celebrate a life well lived. Ranging in age from 86-18 months old, some of the men and boys in our family gathered for a great time in Phoenix. Even though spring training didn’t really happen the accommodations were well appointed and beautiful. Elia, the host, couldn’t have been more responsive in the time leading up to our rental, and while we were there. She accommodated an early arrival and was just very sweet and easy to work with. We will be back to this property in the future! I would highly recommend it❤️

The house is big! Tons of living space and bedrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool was amazing, and the outdoor living space was a crowd favorite. Super convenient location. Property manager was great to work with.

Great Spacious Property!

Property was clean and spacious! Ping pong table, pool table and cornhole boards were great additions. Getting the pool heated is a must during the colder days! We were never not able to find additional kitchenware for our group of 13. The hosts were very quick in communicating and very pleasant to converse with. We had a blast!

Worked well for us

Family came from out of the country for 12 days. Property had everything they needed to enjoy their stay. Worked well for large group of 14.

Excellent home for a large group

The house is great. Lots of room for a large group. The heated pool was a must in December. All sorts of extras in the house. It made the stay fantastic. The only comments I have is to update the listing with the correct beds in the bedrooms. Should also note how much extra it is to heat the pool. It was 50 a day for us.
