This home is designed for both relaxation and adventure, with a backyard oasis featuring a pergola, grill, pool, and hot tub—perfect for families or golf trips.

Centrally located, you’ll be close to it all! Whether you’re chasing sunshine, tee times, or family memories, this is your home base for the best of the Valley.

Pool heating is included in daily rental price. We also include propane heat of up to 6 hours per day for the in ground hot tub. Additional charges apply after 6 hours of $5 per additional hour.

Home was lovely, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Host was prompt to answer any questions. House was clean and had everything we needed.The only thing I would say I did not expect was the noise in the area during the night. Heard sirens and high speed cars racing a couple of nights we were there. Although my husband didn’t hear them, so not likely an issue for sound sleepers.

The backyard space was everything we hoped it would be! Everything outside and inside was immaculate. Most of our stay the hot tub worked just fine, but the last couple days we had trouble getting it to turn on and heat up which wasn’t a huge deal to us. The best part about our stay was the property manager. One little text was all it took to get a quick response and resolution if needed. As a matter of fact the hot water heater was having issues our first day and the property manager was on site almost instantly and had a service company working on it a couple hours later. It was probably the best experience with a property manager I’ve ever had. We’ll consider renting again just because I know we’ll be well taken care of!

This was my 2nd time at this house and it was amazing as always! Super close to the airport, and close (20'ish minutes) to all the things we wanted to do. Property owner/manager is super responsive to messages and makes sure you have everything you need. Even checks in after you've gotten there to make sure! Absolutely recommend this place!!

Absolutely amazing property! We loved staying here and will definitely stay again. The pool and patio were fantastic. Lots of outside amenities, toys, and seating. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Everything was super clean!The location was great! We went to a concert, and visited the Museum of Musical Instruments.

Great stay - some minor inconveniences

I’ll start off by saying the house is immaculate and the location was quiet and near the freeway. We reserved this house for the pool to teach our kiddo to swim - and hooray he learned because this pool’s setup had two sun shelf’s for great kiddo safety. There was also a bbq in the backyard which we utilized and the kitchen was so great for dining in. We also enjoyed movie nights in the sunken living room. Stephanie was also kind enough to let us check in 30 mins earlier. A few cons that was a bit of a bummer during our stay. The day before we left, we planned a nothing but pool day esp between certain hours when the sun was full out, no cloud coverage. Unfortunately, right as we planned to hop in, a landscaper came in, startled me as he let himself in the back pool area, and proceeded to work on both back and front yards for what seemed liked almost two hours? By the time he left, we rushed out and the clouds came in with no full sun which bummed us out - we come from a less than sunny place. Next morning, when we planned a quick dip before the 10am check out, we stepped outside once again only to find a pool guy out there freaking the pool. Just our luck lol. So that was it for our pool play. Finally, we packed up and nearly out the door with about 15 mins left to check out, when the cleaner made her way toward the drive way lol. A heads up to all these minor inconviencee at the very least could have been given ahead of time to us and we would have planned accordingly.

Beautiful home, very clean. The backyard is stunning with a pool, hot tub and fire pit! Close to everything. Would book again if in the area. Good communication with the host; had a minor issue with check in but resolved quickly. We had a wonderful stay!

Good option for a few days in Phoenix

Modern, well equipped and clean. Great for 2-6 people. The best property we stayed in on our trip through multiple states. We had no issues and everything worked, the information pack at the property was very useful.

3122 Acoma Drive

We stayed 10 nights at 3122 Acoma Drive, mid to late April. The house was very clean, well equipped, conveniently located and the host was quick to respond to all correspondence. The home was comfortable and quiet. The patio/spa tub/pool area was a most relaxing retreat! Especially enjoyed the sound of the waterfall edge on the hot spa… quite tranquil. Thank you for sharing this very special home with us.

Weekend get away

We stayed at this beautiful property for a long weekend. The home was absolutely wonderful, it was clean, had everything we needed at our finger tips, and a back yard to envious of. They say it has a resort style pool, and they are not joking. This property was perfect for our weekend, but the backyard really just made this experience incredible. We did not make a lot of plans prior to our trip and honestly we were glad we didn't. We just lounged in the backyard, floated in the pool, and soaked in the incredible hot tub. Staying at this house is like having your own private resort. The property was a little more than what two people needed, but the spare bedrooms were beautiful, well equipped and decorated. We are already planning another stay at the gorgeous house, but we will not be selfish this time, and plan on bring the kids to enjoy this gem next time. This property is truly magnificent!

Arizona Sun Fun and Relaxation

Perfect set up for our 5 day trip. 2 couples had plenty of space with 2 private Primary Bedrooms equipped with King Beds, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, complete kitchen and awesome backyard area with grilling, dining, relaxing and pool. We loved sitting in pool on sun shelf and just enjoying the well landscaped and quiet privacy of the backyard oasis. Easy check in and out with detailed and complete information. I also appreciated the extra communication from Stephanie with tourist tips for dining. We enjoyed a local hike with a short walk thru the neighborhood. We used ride share for trips to Old Scottsdale and Scottsdale Quarter in the evenings. Nice to have quick availability with this location. Highly recommend.

Great phoenix house

This house is fantastic. Super clean, well stocked and very beautiful. We were able to swim in February with the heated pool- although only during heat of day. Stayed here with 4 kids and highly recommend this house.

It is very centrally located. It is located off of Hwy 51 and Thunderbird and is 15 minutes from airport, 15 mins from Grayhawk Golf Course, 12 minutes from TPC, 30 minutes from University of Phoenix Stadium, 2 hours from Sedona, 4 hours from Grand Canyon. You can rent a car or you can Uber easily!

The backyard is like being in resort and has everything you would want - grill, pergola and most of all the pool and hot tub! Heated 15,000 gallon Swimming Pool. Hot tub is In Ground and very enjoyable and clean. We include 6 hours of Hot Tub time per day and anything over is charged at $5 per hour of usage. You will love the setting!
