This newly renovated 2+ bedroom ranch home with Central Air conditioning and WIFI. 2.5 miles from Menauhunt beach. Hardwood floors throughout. Two bedrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful, bright sunroom to sip your coffee in or read a book and relax. Home with a lovely fenced in yard and patio. Great for playing yard games, grilling and relaxing. Sleeps 6 comfortably, full bath with tub/shower combo and additional new outdoor shower. Newly furnished comes with fully appointed kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Bed linens and bath towels provided. In house washer and dryer included. This lovely home is available for 7 night weekly rentals. (Sat-Sat) Peak season (June, July, August) and non-peak season more flexible rental intervals. Located in Blue Water Shores Neighborhood within walking distance of Bad Martha's microbrewery. Inlet .3 miles down the road with private beach. Great for children, watching the sunset, as well as launching your kayaks or paddle boards
from. This property is centrally located between Mashpee Commons and downtown Falmouth. Close to Martha's Vineyard Ferry and Downtown Main St with charming shops and restaurants including the famous Black Dog store and Cafe. The Shining Sea Bike Path to Woods Hole and Falmouth Harbor is a 15 minute drive. Too much to list, the options are endless in this lovely coastal town.

Family Friendly Get-away

The check in process was seamless and the house was charming and immaculate. I appreciated the bunk bed with bed rail and the crib for our young baby. Our 5 year old loved running around the large backyard and using the outdoor shower. Having the outdoor bbq grill was a plus. It is close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a great time and hope to be back next year!

Great trip!

Highly recommend the home we stayed in! Its is located right near Falmouth, kid friendly beaches, and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Great for families! You can walk down the block to the water or walk to Bad Martha’s brewery across the road. Everything is a close drive to Hyannis or Mashpee. Overall a great spot for a family vacation with young/big kids.

The property is spacious and has many amenities, however, it is advertised as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, which it is not. It is a TWO bedroom, ONE bath home. The listing is not accurate and should be changed to honestly represent the property. An outdoor shower is NOT a bathroom.

I’m sorry if there was any confusion, but the property is listed as a 2 bedroom with the third sleeping area listed under additional sleeping spaces, which is the way VBRO sets up the listing. It also states that there is one bathroom and one outdoor shower. If you read 3 bedroom 2 bathroom it was not in my listing.

Great home!

We enjoyed staying at this home with our family. This home has everything you could possibly need! We loved the area! Close to everything! We enjoyed going to the beach, mini golf, Woods Hole, fishing, and lots of other fun nearby! Highly recommend! Terry was very responsive and helpful!

Home away from home

This is a great place to stay in East Falmouth. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is very stocked and she even had filtered water in the fridge. And the outdoor space was lovely to use in the morning and evenings. So glad we found this one!

Annual Family Vacation

The property was just as described and offered us a very comfortable place to call home for a week. It was tastefully decorated both inside and out and centrally located to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and playgrounds. I would highly recommend this property for its location, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. 5 stars

Falmouth get-away

Wonderful stay, well appointed 2 bedroom, one bath. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, laundry in basement. Quiet safe neighborhood. Location allowed us to easily go to local beaches, further out on Cape Cod National Seashore. Short drive to Woods Hole and Martha Vineyard Fairy. Several nice restaurants in Falmouth. (very very minor quip-bath shampoo and soap was not provided)

Great location

House was clean and had everything we needed. Groceries, CVS, And more super close. Bad Martha’s Brewery at end of road and across the street - delicious pizza and plenty of board games to keep kids busy. We would highly recommend this house as place to stay. Host quick to respond to questions!

Great Falmouth Home

A nicely decorated and very clean home. It is also packed with amenities (ie central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv in every room, outdoor seating & grill and an outside shower). Centrally located between Mashpee Commons and Falmouth Center. Quick responses from manager. We would definitely recommend this property.

Falmouth gem!

My husband, our 3 children and I stayed for 2 weeks at this adorable home. Everything was wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable, and well- appointed. It's obvious that the owners put a lot of thought and love into the renovations! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the large fenced backyard! The home is centrally located and it was easy to get to all of our favorite Cape spots! We highly recommend this gem!

Lovely house

The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s lovely, and very comfortable! Near the highway, so you can get to where you want to be. The neighborhood is a mixture of residential and rentals, and if you bring a boat, there is a boat ramp at the end of the street. You can swim there also. The nearest beach is 2 1/2 miles away, and it is a very nice beach. We could’ve used a map of the area because we didn’t find the shops in East Falmouth until our last day. They are on Main Street on the way to the steamship Authority (if you are boating over to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket).We enjoyed our exploration of Cape Cod and hope to do it again someday.

Summer stay in Falmouth

We were pleasantly surprised with this beautiful updated gem… clean, well lit, tastefully updated, and comfortable. Description was accurate… (no trick photography to make everything look huge in pictures) Outside space is well done and beautiful… fenced in yard… outdoor shower… All clean and ready for use. We wish we had an extra week to enjoy this space. The location was very good …Only about 10 minutes or less by car in either direction to downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons… weather was not great for most of the week, but there are plenty of options for indoor activities…and a short drive to nearby beaches for when the sun came out! Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

July 2023 Excellent location. In close proximity to downtown Falmouth, restaurants, and the beaches. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and everything is in great shape (practically new). The central air was wonderful given the heat wave during our stay. The sunporch was a favorite location for morning coffee and conversation. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a nicely appointed patio in the backyard furnished screened gazebo & dining area. The Host was quick to respond to our questions prior to our stay. We are so happy we had the good sense to book another week in August.

A Blissful Retreat at the East Falmouth Beach House

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the East Falmouth house, and I wanted to share my wonderful experience with others. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the charm of the house. The location was fantastic, offering both a peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to nearby attractions. The house itself was meticulously maintained and had a cozy and welcoming feel that instantly made me feel at home. The interior was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The living spaces were spacious yet cozy, perfect for both solo travelers and families alike. One of the highlights of the property was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The backyard was a true oasis, complete with a well-maintained garden, a lovely patio, and a barbecue area. We spent every evening enjoying the tranquility and fresh air. Overall, my stay at the East Falmouth house was exceptional. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Difficult property owner

We arrive to find that the property owner did not effectively communicate the fact that blankets or comforters were not provided. While my definition of linens only pertains to sheets, pillow cases and towels, the property owner also included blankets and comforters in their definition. Be warned. Additionally for at least 2 days out of our 7 day stay included no hot water. While the property manager was quick to send someone the following day, they were not a plumber and only put a short term fix which didn't work. The fix also seemed dangerous as the handy man requested that no children operated the water themselves even though none were staying with us. I attempted to request 2 days refund, which was promptly denied. Also note that there is a webcam in the basement monitors "water leaks" although we were never informed of it's presence nor given an opportunity to disable it per VRBO terms of service. Again, you've been warned.

I’m sorry you found me difficult to deal with. I do my best to accommodate all of my guests, and will honor all reasonable requests. I have updated my listing of linens to include blankets and comforters to clarify for future renters. As for the hot water issue it was an intermittent situation in which I sent a plumber on 2 separate occasions to assess and they could not identify the source of the problem and the water was hot. To ensure that this doesn’t happen again in the future. I have replaced the 40 gal tank with a new 50 gal hot water tank. As for the camera in my unfinished basement. The camera is knee level pointed at the hot water tank and water main where there is also a leak bot attached. If you wanted to dismantle it or were somehow offended by it, all you had to do is unplug it.
