Perfect Naples Park Home

I've just spent my 4th February vacationing at Casa Fortunata. I love that little house. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. A lovely 3 mile round trip walk to the beach.

The house is wonderful! It is in a great location and close to the beach! The house is well equipped and so comfortable! I can’t say enough good things about this rental! It was outstanding!!

Quiet neighborhood yet close to all activities

This is a great place to stay to explore the Naples area. Close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. We could go for walks every morning. Private back yard with screened in porch to enjoy coffee in the mornings. Close to shopping,restaurants and activities. Definitely stay again. Jim and Jan

Little piece of Paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed our month stay here at Casa Fortuna. House was well equipped and excellently located close to the beach and all the best of Naples. Fresh flowers and breakfast on arrival were much appreciated. Hope to be back again sometime!

Home sweet home in Naples!

Perfect - close to everything location. Loved my daily walks to the beach and back. Around 3 miles round trip. A short ride to 5th Ave. Home came equipped with everything I needed, just got some groceries and I was set.

Amazing Holiday stay

This was our first Christmas away from home. We came to Naples for a tournament for my son and decided to take advantage of the time. This place did not disappoint! We flew in from Chicago after MANY delays and to our surprise, Kay had set up a small Christmas tree for us! Great touch and attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need is in the house. From extra towels, to linens, cookware, and beach chairs. It's all there. The neighborhood was quite and charming. Lots to do close by and super easy access to Vanderbilt Beach. Kay was so great with her communication. So appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

relaxing Casa Fortunata

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated home. So clean and welcoming! Good water pressure, Beds are very comfortable. sheets and towels very soft. So may extras that we never had in other rental properties. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We walked to some nice restaurants 10 min walk. Salsa Brava was fantastic! And the Patio Cafe was very good too. {Breakfast, and Dinner} Some of our adventures we loved! #1.The Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary about a 30 min drive. # 2. Naples Zoo #3. (my favorite) Naples Botanical Garden. We also walked around Old Naples and 5th Ave. One day we drove down the Marco island. Had lunch, and enjoyed walking on the beach. So many beautiful seashells! Kay was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and the home was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was extremely clean, and the location was close to the beach. It was very comfortable for our family of 4, and we would definitely rent this home again!

Great Stay!

Great stay at this well appointed and conveniently located house in Naples Park. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Quick trip to beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Couldn't ask for much more. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful House

We loved staying here! It was very clean and location is perfect for going everywhere It was so great to arrive and find water, yogurt and wine in the refrigerator and fresh muffins on the counter! The beds were very comfortable there were fluffy towels and there were small bottles of shampoo,hand lotion, toothpaste etc in case you needed something The kitchen was well equiped to cook meals. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and relax . We would definately stay here again!

Adorable property

Exceptionally clean, well-appointed home in a great location. The neighborhood was very quiet yet close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The owners overlooked no details- toiletries in each bathroom, cold drinks in the fridge, and much more. Very welcoming and much-appreciated after traveling!
