Situated right in the heart of Naples, in a quiet suburban neighborhood, minutes away from all the great places in the area. 1.3 miles to breathtaking sandy beaches and a short bike ride to several parks in the area. A couple of miles from highly rated bars, restaurants, clubs, museums, open malls and art centers in town. Most places you can just bike to if you prefer.
Mercato Shopping & Dining District with Live Music is only 1.3 miles away!
This fully renovated home is part of a duplex property with its own private entrance, enclosed backyard with hot tub, outside dining table with grill and lounge area. everything is brand new in the house. Each side of the duplex has its own private areas in the front and in the back of the property.
The place has everything you need in a house. It`s approximately 1,200 SF, has 2 large bedrooms with TVs and 2 full bathrooms/spacious living room with TV and workspace station / full kitchen /laundry room with washer and dryer.
Additional amenities include: Beach chairs, barbecue grill, bicycles, boardgames and a stunning colorful skies pretty much every single day :)
Guests have private access to the whole house as well as the outdoor private living area. Guest also have their own driveway to park their cars.
