Great for vacation; poor for working holiday

The property was lovely. However, be aware that there is limited availability of staff on weekends - a problem if you arrive later in the day and have not received an email that provides that info. If you have to work on your vacation - anticipate internet connectivity issues - especially if you have to work on the week-end when no one is there to answer questions. For technical support the number provided is a Spectrum phone number . The first thing they ask is for the name of the person who has the account - not something that can be provided. I ended up purchasing a JetPack from Verizon so that I could do my work. My limited time with my husband was spent addressing these issues - not relaxing for me at all

Jenny, I am sorry you felt frustrated by the internet issue. We do provide the network and the password information on the label on the front of your welcome package. The package includes the keys you need to access the keys to the property. Compass purposefully also puts the internet information on a card that is in your key bag that you must open to access the keys to the property. So, in two locations, you have the information you need to access the internet before you can enter the property. There is also a Compass after hours number provided to you in the same welcome package. If for any reason you did not see that information, when you call our office after hours the auto attendant will prompt you to call the after-hours number. Compass has someone who answers the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In fact, Chris from our office spoke with your husband on Saturday when he showed up at the office without the check-in information that was emailed to you. I spoke with your husband on Sunday afternoon to go through the internet issue. It’s unfortunate that this was a case of user error that caused your frustration.

It was good. Great location

I found the condo very dated. Everything was old-fashioned the carpet stains especially between the master bedroom and bathroom were horrible. A spare bedroom toilet lever was cracked the spare bedroom bed very uncomfortable. There were no face cloths when I arrived I had to ask for them. There were no coasters for the tables for drinks. There wasn’t a decent salad bowl. Not very well appointed
