Totally remodeled home with gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets along with lake access. Newly remodeled and freshly painted with all new appliances, new mattresses and bedding, new wrap around deck, new fire pit, new flooring, and lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the views of the lake and amazing sunsets. Property borders over 800 acres of the Tennessee Wildlife. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Knoxville and Asheville are within an hour drive. Area is well known for birdwatching(99 species), fishing, boating, kayaking & hiking. Nestled within a family oriented campground with wildlife close by. Master bedroom has queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. Don't let this new listing get gone!
*Note* typically between September and March the lake levels are down. There is also one security camera located outside the home.

Amazing View

Our stay was great the hosts always responded promptly. You couldn’t beat the view! Next time we come back we will bring floats for the lake. The cabin was nicely decorated, the kitchen was stocked with just enough and the home was clean and comfortable

Gorgeous Must Stay!

This little place packs a HUGE view! Absolutely stunning even with the low levels of lake. Completely spotless and super cute inside! The host even had welcoming signs for my family and I and the cutest little s’mores kit to enjoy. Will definitely be back!

lake view beauty

Very relaxing, morning and evenings so picturesque, with birds of all sort, including including eagles. Host are a rare combo of grace and hospitality personified. A few request were met quickly and with comforting kindness! The whole experience, time spent with family draped in this setting Good medicine! Simply BANANAS!

Wonderful views

The Lake View cabin was a great place to stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and blankets. Even though we stayed during the winter and the lake was super low, the views were amazing. The owners recently added a roof over the entire deck which made it so much cozier. I can imagine sitting out there in the summer listening to the rain hitting the tin roof. Magical. The only real downside of the property is getting to it. The roads there are tiny, twisty, and at times, terrifying! The next time I stay there I will be bringing a lot of food so I don't have to drive it often!

We loved the farmhouse decor. A thank-you and a gift was a surprise. We loved our stay.

The lake cottage was as in the pictures. It was well equipped and our stay was outstanding. We are all 50+ and do a girlfriends weekend yearly. We will be back to stay again. The view was awesome.

Even better than expected

The views are amazing. It’s even nicer than the pictures look. It’s a quiet area that is close to Gatlinburgburg. The house is very nice and had plenty of room with our 3 boys.

The cottage

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the the cottage. It was very clean and beautiful with everything we needed during our stay. The water was super harsh but outside of that the property was wonderful. The views are absolutely breathtaking and it was such a quiet and peaceful location. Brandon was very responsive and helpful. Over all we had a great experience and deffinately would use again. The lake unfortunately was drained this time of year next visit I deffinately would love to see when its full!

My wife and I have been married for over 28 years and we have 3 wonderful children ages 19, 21 and 23. We live in North Carolina about an hour away from the property but travel to the property on a regular basis. We love spending quality time at the lake with our family!

We love Eastern Tennessee and the location of the property because it is away from all the hustle and bustle and in a peaceful and quiet setting. We can enjoy spending time in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Splash Country and Dollywood and then returning back to the property for relaxation. The mountain and lake views from the house are beautiful and the view of the sunset each evening is magnificent. The property joins over 800 acres of Tennessee Wildlife land and you are likely to see wildlife in the area.

When renting the house you do have lake access where you can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and relaxing. We also have a boat slip that is available for renting at $20 per day.
