We stayed for my 40th. And we couldn't ask for a better place. Only thing nicer then the house, was the owner. She was a amazing.

Perfect beach house

This was the perfect home away from home for our beach vacation! Plenty of room for our group of 6 and well decorated. Excellent location directly across from the beach access. This made for an easy walk to the beach and we could run back quickly for meals and not have to cart over a whole day’s worth of stuff. My kids enjoyed the pool immensely. It was nice to have the pool to escape to when the waves got too rough. The owner was excellent to work with, and was extremely prompt in answering my questions from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for considering a stay in one of our homes with Barnes Beach Houses! We are a family-owned business and take great pride in personally managing each of our properties.

My husband and I live in Mansfield, Texas, and truly enjoy hosting our guests. Many of our visitors return year after year, and we love building those lasting relationships. We have five children—one still at home, one in college, and three grown with families of their own—blessing us with five wonderful grandchildren.

Both of us work in the healthcare industry and love to travel whenever we can. When we travel, we prefer staying in short-term rentals ourselves, which gives us valuable insight into what makes a stay comfortable and memorable. We use that experience to make sure our guests enjoy the same level of care, comfort, and thoughtful amenities that we appreciate when we’re away from home.

Our goal is for you to feel completely at home during your stay.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This area is stunning! The location is perfect for families or a group of friends. The beach access being directly across the street is convenient and perfect for families. No high-rise condos so the beach is not packed with people. After a nice day at the beach, the pool and courtyard are perfect as they are only shared with 3 other houses. Located at the very west end of Front Beach Road is awesome to explore other areas of 30A like Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, or head down to Seaside to the food trucks. 30A is 5 minutes from our area and Pier Park is 12 minutes! The traffic is pretty much nonexistent down on our end!
