Lifts West has the best lobby fireplace in the State. Great snow. Buy your lift tickets in advance , use "single day" option on RRSA website.

Great place if you want do all the activities ...or if you just want to relax and unwind... or you want to work remote in an incredible place.

Great location and plenty of space

Property was as advertised and was close to everything. Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and close to ski.

Good location. Convenient walk to anywhere in town. Everything worked as it should, but the unit itself could use some updating and repair.

Christmas in RR

Myself and my family enjoyed the cozy and cute Cabin style condo. Everything from the fireplace, the two separate rooms and the kitchenette. It felt like home away from home. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, it sits in the middle of town. Dean was excellent with communication. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again!

Decent rental

This rental is outdated and a little run-down, but it did the job. We slept and ate close to the conference center. Lifts West is a convenient location to everything in town. There were not enough pics on the listing to truly understand the space. The kitchen is only big enough for ONE person. So inconvenient. It did have plenty of glasses, bowls, and utensils. The pots and pans need to be replaced because the non-stick coating is coming off. The beds were comfortable. It was pretty clean but very outdated! We enjoyed the multiple patios, but one was so dirty we avoided it altogether. The shower heads worked well. Overall, it just didn’t impress for the price. Other units in this building are better maintained and updated.

great location - walked about 7 minutes to the lift - this condo is actually roomier than the pictures look - it’s right next door to the brewery that has excellent food - definitely will stay again!

Perfect for a couple couples :)

Lovely condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which made it a perfect location for a couple of couples to get away. We very much enjoyed relaxing by the wood burning fire (plenty of wood supplied free of charge by the property), drinking coffee on the patios, and the close proximity to brewery, grocery store, and shops. Perfect!!

Enjoyed the condo. It is close to the lifts and walking distance to the shops and restaurants in town. A lot of great patio space.

Perfect location, amazing host!

Great summer trip with 4 teens girls! Great location for teens to walk around town. Host was amazing and helpful with questions about traffic and suggestions of local companies to use. Property was clean and check out a breeze! Can’t wait to come back!

Right in the middle of it all, with an awesome view.

Second story, 4 balconies. Basically 2 master suites. Great time, great place. Really enjoyed it.

Nice Location, Nice Space

Overall, this condo was wonderful, especially for the price! I loved that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I also loved the windows and the balconies! The condo looked just like the photos and met the description. I will say that the kitchen seemed dirty. The cabinets were very junky and hard to find items needed to cook a small meal, and the cabinets were very greasy on the outside. I wiped the whole thing down and re-washed dishes before using them. The bathrooms are outdated, but they were clean. The vent in the master bathroom did not work very well and was super loud.

Red River.... What a beautiful place

It's hard to go to Red River and find lodging that's inconvenient but this place is perfectly situated in town. Comfortable with plenty of space. What a week of skiing I had here. Just outstanding and everyone was first class. Loved the lodging, the town, the mountain. The only thing I could've asked for that wasn't on site was a sauna and a hot tub. An outstanding week. Very pleased.

Dean & Shelley Frew. Dean was Born and raised in New Mexico, graduate of NMSU and Virginia Tech. Shelley spent most of her life in Dallas area, Baylor and Dallas Theological Seminary graduate. We have 4 grown kids, graduates of (North Texas, ASU, UNC, UT and GCU).

We have been Red River property owners since 2013. Been traveling to Red River with the kids for close to 20 years. Summers and Winters. Love the town and every thing to all year round. Hope you do to.
