Nicely updated Modern Craftsman with MoranDecor designed Interior 4 bedrooms (2 up, 2 down, 3 queens 1 full size bed). Each themed room is equiped with a wireless phone charger, Amazon smart speaker for Alarm/weather/news/music. 1 bathroom on each floor with supply of towels. Wi-fi available throughout home. The main floor kitchen is fully equiped and includes Keurig coffee maker, crock-pot, waffle maker, flat grill and a full supply of pots/pans/utinsels/plates/silverware/glassware. Also upstairs is a table for 4, 65" TV with cable channels, Netflix and Amazon streaming. Woodburning stove insert fireplace

Downstairs is a large oak expanding table for 6-10, large sectional with sleeper, 75" TV with cable channels, Netflix and Amazon streaming, foosball, board games, W/D and rustic bar with 100+ year old log bar top.

Outside is a large covered patio with sectional, chairs, gas table-top firepit, outdoor eating table for 6, patio heater, TV, wood firepit and large fully fenced large grass area suited for yard games like cornhole. Out front is parking for 2-3 cars and directly across the street is a convience store for supplies

Great location, awesome host

We needed to adjust our dates by one day and our host went out of his way to see that we could update our reservation. Thank you! The location was wonderful with easy access to downtown. The rooms were clean and a great setup for families. We would certainly seek out this host and location again when in the area. Thank you!

Family Wedding

We were a multi-age family group in town for a family wedding. It was a clean, spacious house with a large outdoor sitting area for hanging out and eating meals and a large fenced in backyard for the kids to play and enjoy the fire pit.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys who were doing the ironman race. The house and location were perfect. On down time with them, there was plenty in the house to do. The only thing I can say negative about the house was if there was a couch for them to sit on downstairs.

Great space!

There was ample space for our family! We enjoyed having two separate TVs so that the little kids and the adults could each be watching something. It was unfortunate that the hot tub temperature was set at 104° and the rules of the house stated that we were not allowed to change the temperature. So unfortunately, we did not get to utilize the hot tub likely wanted. Overall great space and good communication with host.

Spacious home, and big fenced backyard!

We had a great time! We had a large group and this house was able to accommodate well! The backyard was very spacious with a hot tub, corn hole, and more. We had issues with the wifi half of our stay- but it was quickly resolved. Only suggestion I would offer, would be to add more lighting in the backyard. The hot tub had no lights and was pitch black- so unfortunately we did not utilize that experience. Other than that- great experience.

We had a great time!

We went to Coeur d’Alene to celebrate my parents’ 50 year anniversary. We had an amazing time, we enjoyed the property and we enjoyed the city. Kevin was a great host and responded quickly and was helpful with questions. When we come back to CDA, this will be the first place I will look at renting again. Thanks Kevin!

Overall Great Stay

Kevin’s place was very nice and clean, fully stocked with everything you might need and complete with a large backyard that is great for families. It has a convenient location, close to many amenities and only a 25 minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park. The only downside was that it is located on a main road, but overall it was still a great stay!

Great Stay

This home was perfect for our large family. The host was a great communicator, even letting us check in early last minute. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location close to the lake and larger grocery stores. Highly recommend this home.

Definitely would recommend

We had a great time here. It was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. I didn't see 1 speck of dust in the whole house. If we travel to this area again, we will definitely book this one.

Family Fun

Good location to stay near the lake and be close to Silverwood too. We don’t travel light so for 9 of us from 8-63 years old it was a good fit. Loved the games and outside space with hot tub. Thanks Kevin for sharing:)

Family vacay

This was great house for our family of four. Definitely enough room for more people. It was equipped with anything you could need for a stay away from home. We enjoyed the outdoor part of property as well. We took advantage of the fire pit, grill, hot tub and cornhole. Property was close to dowtown and easy access to the freeway to get to Silverwood. We would definitely stay there again.

Sweet Couer D’Alene

No surprises! Sweet place located close to everything! We had a great time at the house and st Silverwood! Host is easily accessible and quick to respond. Patio and covered porch were perfect for us! Rooms were comfortable and absolutely enough room for us all.(10). Would definitely come back!

Unsatisfactory

Animals not allowed, but hair all over bedding,I am allergic to animals and had to was sheets before I could sleep on them.The kitchen faucet leaked when you used it , cupboards gross and dirty. Washing machine leaked on the floor when you washed anything. You need to get a better cleaning service, look under the couch, must sweep all the dirt under it. Our family made the best of it, lots of nice amenities also.

Nice house but we had some issues.

We loved the house and felt it was clean when we first got there. The house has some septic issues though. The septic backed up the second night we were there. The plumber said it was due to tree roots in the septic lines. We initially got ahold of Kevin and asked him how to proceed and he said he would have a plumber come out the next morning (should have been an emergency call that night). The next day I had to message Kevin twice to try to figure out when the issue would be fixed. The plumber did not show up until later in the afternoon. We had to wait around for the plumber to let him in the house (wasted a day of our vacation and it should not have been our responsibility to wait around for the plumber.) We had to find other facilities to shower and use the bathroom for almost 24 hours. After the septic lines were cleared and we had use of the facilities again we had to message Kevin and ask him when the property was going to be cleaned properly due to the standing septic water on the floors. He then told us if we wanted to clean it the cleaning supplies were in the closet. It was not our job and we didn’t want to clean up other peoples waste. He then sent his everyday cleaner, who was upset she was even asked to clean up the mess as she did not feel qualified. We then didn’t have towels or a basement shower curtain (cleaners threw them away) that we had to remind kevin to replace and he didn’t get around to it until the next day at 1 in the afternoon. We understand that life happens and we were not upset about the septic issues at first but we felt that there was poor management and that the issues were not handled properly or in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional but the lack of urgency and lack of management was not acceptable. We requested a refund for at least the nights that we didn’t have use of the facilities. He would not refund us but did tell us he would give us half off our next stay (which we will not be utilizing).

I purchased this property due to it's convienent location and great layout. Directly across the street is a convience store and kiddy corner from a middle school which has new basketball courts and playing fields. The location is only 18 blocks (1mi) from downtown and only 1mi from Canfield mountain. Located 1/2mi off the 15th St exit on I-90 it is super convienent and easy to find

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property has a large flat grassy back yard and big covered patio area with lots of pation furniture, firepit and patio heater. The property is great for ventures downtown, mountain biking, hiking on Canfield mountain, Paddle boarding and Kayaking on Fernan Lake, Eagle watching cruises and boating on Lake Coeur d'alene, Silverwood Theme park just 30min away as well as Silver Mountain Indoor Waterpark. It truly has something for everyone
