• Guest Access: You have full, private access to the back patio and 7-person hot tub.
• Aesthetics: There is visible fencing beyond the patio. You may experience active construction during daytime hours. We’ve priced this "Construction Special" to reflect these summer updates!

Experience the CDAstay Standard of Care in the heart of Midtown at this modern, centrally-located oasis. Relax in the 7-person hot tub under the trees in a private fenced yard. The incredibly well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and gas range makes cooking a joy. Smart electronic lock entry for easy check-in, TVs in every bedroom, cozy electric fireplace, and quiet neighborhood. Hosted by CDAstay.

NOTE: All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs.

BEDROOM 1: King size bed, nightstands with storage, dresser, lamps, room-darkening curtains, phone charging cable, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hangers, laundry hamper.

BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, blackout curtains, phone charging cable, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hangers, laundry hamper.

BEDROOM 3: Queen size bed, similar setup with nightstands, lamps, blackout curtains, phone charging cable, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hangers, laundry hamper.

BEDROOM 4: Three full-size beds, nightstand with lamp, phone charger, room-darkening curtains, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hamper, closet with hangers, desk, and chair.

KITCHEN: Cook up a storm with all the essentials, including a hand mixer, toaster, hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, Instant Pot, electric griddle, food processor, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), and a full array of cookware, bakeware, utensils, glassware, and serving dishes. Stocked with coffee, tea, spices, oils, and basic supplies for all your culinary needs.

LIVING / DINING: Relax on the comfy couch in the living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a 64" smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Enjoy a meal at the dining table seating 8, with additional space at the kitchen island for 4. Entertain or unwind with books, board games, and puzzles, all connected via high-speed Spectrum WiFi.

MAIN BATHROOM: Walk-in shower, premium toiletries, blow dryer, and essentials.

SECONDARY BATHROOM: Shower-tub combo, toiletries, and amenities.

GUEST BATH: 1/2 bath located on main floor

LAUNDRY ROOM: Full washer and dryer, detergent, supplies, iron, ironing board, Dyson cordless vacuum, and extra linens.

OUTDOOR AND PARKING: Unwind in the 7-person hot tub or BBQ with the supplied grill and utensils. Parking is available in the private garage for 2 cars and additional driveway space for 4 vehicles.

PRIME LOCATION: Enjoy a walkable neighborhood with Trader Joe's, Pilgrim’s Market, The Breakfast Nook, and 10/6 Restaurant just a short stroll away. Explore popular attractions including Silverwood Theme Park (23 min), Downtown Coeur d'Alene, Tubbs Hill, and McEuen Park within minutes. Plus, Spokane is approximately 25 minutes away for more city excitement.

Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $200 per stay.
- Maximum number: 2
- Insurance policy does not allow: dog(s) or cat(s) with bite history as well as Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid or any mix thereof.
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.

Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.

Longer stays welcome! Please note: For reservations over 28 nights, a rental agreement is required. We’ll send this through messaging after booking.

Great location, adequate parkingHost was very prompt with replies to questions or anything that was needed. Easy to work with. Beautiful and clean. Only thing that would have been nice to have was patio furniture, there were 4 folding chairs but no table. We like to sit outside and play games and weren't able to. I assumed there would be an outdoor table. We were told in advance of the backyard construction which was helpful. The yard was fenced and it was wonderful to be able to include our family pup in our weekend. Thanks so much!

Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The space easily accommodated our large group with pets. The location is great since it is within walking distance to Trader Joe’s and has easy access to the interstate as well as downtown Coeur d’Alene. We would definitely stay there again.

Great home away from home. We stayed for a week while our child recovered from surgery. We had to stay within a specific proximity to the hospital which is how we chose the location. Pros:- Location was close to Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and Fred Meyer for grocery shopping/instacart delivery. Quick access to the highway. - All bedrooms are upstairs, beds and linens were all comfortable (consider bringing your own pillows). Master was a good size, with plenty of closet space. Two guest bedrooms were tiny, but good for one adult. Final bedroom had the 3 floor beds, and was plenty big. - All bedrooms had fire ladders, smoke detectors, etc. - Downstairs laundry room was large, new large double washer/dryer units - great for our week stay - hot tub and bbq grill appeared new (didn’t use hot tub)- new dishwasher, nice dishes, fully stocked kitchen. Everything from seasonings to ziplock bags provided. (Amazon essentials home restock)- TVs in all rooms - Linens, throw blankets, and towels were all above rental standards. - Responsive hostsCons: - Signage on front door indicates that it’s a rental.

I love creating spaces where people feel genuinely cared for—where comfort is the priority and every detail is intentional.

As the founder of CDAstay, I’m a local host who meticulously stocks and maintains each home with Robert, our Operations Manager. We support local businesses whenever possible, from the coffee in our kitchens to the contractors we hire.

I travel often with my family, so I design CDAstay homes the way I wish rentals were: premium DreamCloud mattresses, cozy textures, and "real cooking" kitchens. Many of our guests return to CDAstay every year, and that means the world to me. These homes are meant for slow coffee and unhurried mornings—I hope your time here feels restoring.
