Cute place! Everything we needed and such a great location close to town, but not in the busy and loud area! Definitely walkable - or take the trolly. We walked. Loved the patio!

This condo was cuter than the pictures show. We found it cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. We had a glitch with the heat on our first night but an extra blanket kept us warm. The issue was taken care of while we were out exploring RMNP the next day.

Cozy and close to everything

Very comfortable, clean and within easy walking distance to downtown Estes. Loved being able to hear the river at night. Added bonus of seeing elk and deer on the property!

Great condo

We enjoyed our visit in Estes. The condo has a very nice view overlooking the river and waterfalls from the deck. We were greeted by a trio of elk in the side area which was fun. Everything was as described. The owner is very nice and the property manager was very attentive.

Estes Park

Perfect location to walk into town. Lots of elk in the neighborhood. Nice balcony to sit and have coffee. Very clean and had all that we needed for the week.

Get away in Estes

We really enjoyed our stay, the spot was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the river, the walk to Estes was a short 5 min. and the trolley stopped close to our place. We had a wifi issue and it was resolved very quickly. The communication throughout the process was very easy. We hope it is available next time we go to Estes.

This was in a pefect location. Turn left and you are headed to RMNP. Turn right and you can walk to downtown Estes Park! The roaring Big Thompson River provided background sound.

Estes Park long weekend

Great location within easy walking distance of downtown, but far enough to be away from the hoards and busyness. Lots of elk around for much of our stay and Fall River right below the balcony. Condo is a bit dated and shows it in a few areas, but well maintained overall and had all the supplies we needed. Had an issue with toilet handle breaking, but it was resolved quickly.

Stay in Estes Park

Terrible. Located in a construction zone. Peeling paint, rotting wood deck and guardrail. Inside was clean but old and maintained. No hot tub.

The Home Owners Association has been working on exterior improvements as weather allows. I am unsure regarding your comment of not having a hot tub as we don't advertise as having a hot tub onsite. We visited with you initially at the very beginning of your stay, but didn't realize you felt your stay was terrible. There was no communication of your discontentment through the message board. We could have certainly looked at other options early into your stay. Again, I apologize that you were unhappy with your stay. Jamie

nice small clean comfortable condo

nicely decorated, and centrally located. But we wish we could have gotten an earlier check in. we arrived about 1 and the property looked clean but had not been reviewed by a manager we had arrived in to\wn about noon and was just wasting time The property managers are not the friendliest. We have never used vrbo before. not sure if i would use them again

Properties showing age. Price is high.

Upon arrival found unit was top floor with outside stairs. Could not take that many stairs. Went management and Jenna switched us to two different condos. Of course it was more expensive.

We hope you saw that the outdoor stairs were stated in our description of the unit.The reason for the more expensive units were because both of them were two bedroom units with outdoor hot tubs. Great location and a nice clean property. Electric heat, but we stayed plenty warm once the place warmed up
