We are a local property management company that specializes in vacation home rentals nearby to the Disney parks and Orlando's famous attractions, shopping and dining. Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, MON-SAT. and 8AM-4PM SUNDAYS. OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MON-SAT AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own. You will love the service you receive from check in to check out.
We offer spacious vacation rental properties in the metro Orlando area, which include the towns of Davenport, Kissimmee, Champions Gate and South Clermont. All of our wonderful vacation homes, condos and townhomes are located within minutes of Central Florida's world-famous attractions, like Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando and don't forget our amazing golf, shopping and dining. By renting with us, you will be close to it ALL! HOA imposes a maximum 90 days stay which cannot be exceeded.
