One of a kind vacation home on 1.5 wooded acres in the heart of upper Kittitas County's recreational corridor with access to some of the Northwest's premier hiking, biking and snowmobiling trails right out the front door. This home features an cozy floor plan living and dining area plus kitchen with stainless appliances. The great room makes you feel right at home complete with a large reclining sectional, 60" TV, DVD player, and gas fireplace. Free WiFi Internet and all TV's are setup with amazon fire sticks.

There's a massive driveway for easy in-out access with snowmobile and boat trailers. Outside you’ll find an wrap around porch with wine barrel chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of wine , outdoor patio with salt water hot tub so you can enjoy the evening relaxing under the stars. Don't forget your fire wood and marshmallows to roast in the fun outdoor fire pit. Also grab your sleds and enjoy the neighboring sledding hill fun for all ages. Also if you are up for the task the Swiftwater winery is a bike ride away. (or rent electric bikes from the local shop and do it the easy way :-) )

The home features 3 extra large bedrooms. The 1 main floor bedroom has a King Bed. The 2 upper bedrooms are perfect for families. One bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a loft twin with a queen bed also a 42" TV and sitting area. The second
upper bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed and a queen bed. The living room has ample room for spirited poker and board games (assorted games provided).

Cascade Cabin is located just blocks from Lake Cle Elum which offers miles of shoreline and deep water boat ramps for water skiing, wakeboarding or exploring!
The expansive Wenatchee National Forest begins just minutes down the road giving you unlimited access to snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, hiking, ATV and horseback trails. Don't forget the inner tubes, kayaks, and rafts, because the Cle Elum River and Cooper lake offer fantastic floats! If golf is your passion, enjoy both of the world-class golf courses at nearby Suncadia Resort! The historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer museums, great food, fun pubs, and many antique stores.

We have family pet allergies so our NO pet Policy is strick. Also we don't allow smoking on the property. Extra fees will be charged if these house rules are broken . Thank you for respecting our home .
